We LOVE Dr. Lorenzo and staff! We almost always have the same nurse for each of our well visits, which is really nice. Our son is ten months old and has only had to visit once outside of his scheduled wellness checks, and they were able to get us an appointment the same day, with our primary provider, the same day as when I called to ask the triage nurse questions about his symptoms. The office is clean, inviting, and a comfortable setting for us and our son. We were so nervous choosing a ped for our first baby but I know we picked the perfect one. Highly recommend!

Have been taking my kids here since they were newborns. Office staff, nurses, and doctors are always friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to listen and offer advice regarding all my concerns. Theres been a few times where the wait was long, but I know thats a general thing in any doctors office. A positive experience every time.

Dr.Kirshenbaum is AMAZING she truely takes the time to get to know your kids & she remembers them every visit & you can just tell she LOVES what she does. Never had an issue with any of the nurses (all super nice to my kids & get that they wont 100% corporate since they are just kids). The desk staff is super professional!

The Doctors here are great. Unfortunately, the desk staff and billing are some of the worst I have come in contact with. Each one has an excuse as to why its not their fault, and provide information they dont know anything about, causing confusion. And then when you are all confused.... They hang up on you.

Everything is alright so far except trying to get my son his ADHD medicine & the fact that I sat on hold for over 15 minutes today. Maybe hire more office staff!?
