Does it tell you anything that we are leaving this practice for another? They have a doctor (Im not going to mention names) that has performed improper surgeries, improper assessments of the situation, and other problems. The straw that broke the camels back was that my wife showed up for the appointment time (which they pushed back 10 minutes without telling her) 7 minutes late and they showed her the door. In that office, that is how long you have to wait in the waiting room. There is an additional 15 minutes in the room on top of that.

I called in regards to my kids getting an appt. as well as retrieving there immunization records they were fast and efficient the minute I got off the phone the fax cam thru with the information I requested.
