I will never step foot in a Banfield vet especially this one. I have a puppy with Parvo &&as we all know its very deadly. They gave him a Parvo test and he tested positive, I asked what my options were. I proceeded to tell them I wouldnt get paid until Friday. They then ended the conversation and then showed me where the exit door was. I have never had a Parvo puppy so I was completely lost, crying my eyes, holding a puppy that was on his death bed. So I called the Berryville Ave Vet and they looked him over and said as long as hes not vomiting and taking food he will pull through. They gave me hope and genuinely cared for my puppy instead of slapping me with a $1500 estimate and showing me the door.

Ive been going to this banfield in winchester, va for over 5 months now (recently moved). I have been to other veterinary clinics, and seen other veterinarians and spent lots of money for little care. Dr. Alt usually sees my almost 3 year old and 5 month old pup. But I have met with the other 4 veterinarians when she is not available. Both my dogs now enjoy coming to see the veterinarians at this banfield in Winchester. Something I never thought Id see. Now everytime I walk in my dogs are greeted with hugs from all the staff. And if I ever forget my appointment (which I do often), I call in and the staff is someone there happy to help me. Couldnt be happier my dogs are at ease coming to the vet.

Ive brought my 16 year old cat here for testing because she has an abscess in her mouth. They kept me informed and calm every step of the way. They treated her like she was their own cat. They kept it as cheap as possible and kept my cats happiness the number one priority. Ive also brought my puppy here and have the wellness plan for her. I highly recommend bringing your animals here.

Front desk staff is awesome-very friendly. Vet assistants are great with your pets. Doctors are knowledgeable and professional, but tend to suggest treatments that are both unnecessary and expensive. When I got my pets teeth cleaned, they added another $80 procedure without telling me before hand..just assumed I would be fine with it.

Dr. Lenhard is the best. She has been seeing my many pets for years. If you used this Banfield in previous years and were not happy, please consider giving them a second chance. They now have a great staff and competent, caring doctors.

Will never bring my cat here ever again. Dr Saini is rude and unhelpful. The vet techs there are awesome and really care about the pets but that would never make up for how awful the vet is there. Take anywhere else if possible.

My dog was seen here under the pup insurance. They gave him shots without my permission, when i found out i complained and never heard anything back from them. I cancelled my policy with them and they continue to bill me!

I was depending on them to treat my dogs, and they told me my appointment was at 5:45. However, when I showed up, they were closed and it was too late to find another vet because they were all closed
