While they appear friendly an knowledgeable they honestly dont know as much about exotics as they claim and have poor handling, theyre much more interested in your bank account and draining it as quickly as possible. I know plenty of people who purchase the same prescription pet medicines and they last longer in usages and are charged much less. Linden Animal Hospital is out to get the $, not the welfare of animals and they should not be allowed to practice.

When it came time for my husband to have his best friend, Mickey, put to sleep, the folks at Linden Heights Animal Hospital were all compassionate, caring and thoughtful. This very hard process for him was made easier by folks who love animals and obviously understand the deep attachment people feel when they lose a longtime pet and friend. We highly recommend them to everyone. They care enough to really take care of your animals.

They misdiagnosed my Amstaff, even after running an unbelievably expensive series of tests. He had hemangiosarcoma, an aggressive canine cancer, which the veterinarian at Plaza Pet Clinic diagnosed after a simple ultrasound screen. In my opinion Linden Heights is a waste of time and money, and they did nothing to ease my boys pain and suffering in the last weeks of his life. I will never forgive them for that.

The office staff and vet techs are extremely rude and the vets will push for extremely expensive surgeries, and overcharge every time. I am so fed up with these people for making up fake estimates, charging me for services without my permission and the staff for being so obnoxious any time I ask about it. Heed my advice and go elsewhere, it like a soap opera of drama every time I have gone.

Over the past 5 years, we have received the most exemplary care from every single doctor at Linden Heights. We consider our animals as children, and theyve always been treated as such at the hospital. It is going to be extremely difficult to fill such awesome shoes.

The quality of the care is excellent, but the cost is prohibitively expensive for even the most basic care. An annual visit for my cat cost almost $600. That is just ridiculous!
