Dr. Eric R. Shipley saw me at the ER. He was ABSOLUTELY terrible. He equated not keeping a stockpile of controlled substances at my house with not keeping birth control pills around. He kept saying he was "kind" for giving me a prescription, as if it wasnt just a professional thing he was doing as part of his job. The nurse also sucked. I was stuck in a room from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. At 11 a.m., I asked if there would be any food available for lunch, and the nurse said that there was, but she didnt want to give me any of it, because I was about to leave. I stayed there for literally another THREE hours, and she didnt bring it. I was in the ER, and I heard nurses whining in the hallway about needing to clean up vomit (which seemed extremely unprofessional to me). Bottom line: If you can avoid this place, do.

I would not recommend this facility. The staff was nice but the physician that saw me obviously could not care less about my problem. She made me cry and then was just like oh theres no reason to cry. I was upset because she wasnt helping me. Later the nurse returned with random prescriptions and I had to ask him if this would interfere with the steroid I was given earlier in the day and he goes oh she didnt say anything about that, he comes back and said yeah I would wait a few days before starting the antibiotic. I feel it was very unprofessional and even reckless to just give an antibiotic for no reason and without asking what else I was experiencing. She was in the room with me for no more than 5 minutes and never returned. Her name was Dr Aurora I believe. Will not be returning there.

My husband took both myself and our 6 year old to this clinic this evening. It was right about dinner time and there was no wait. Filled out the paperwork, which was minimal, got our insurance cards scanned in and they already had my little guy back and being checked in properly. It was only a few more minutes and they had a room for me too. They were kind, personable, efficient, and very caring. The P.A was exceptional, the nurse actually got my small boy to drink down the medicine (no mean feat!). We left after being thoroughly checked out and well cared for. Both of us felt much better. We wont hesitate to use this location again. Well done. The facilities themselves seem almost brand new. Everything was clean and tidy, every employee was both efficient and empathetic.

Due to the incompetence of the receptionist, the physical I had coordinated over the phone was mishandled and mistakenly scheduled for a completely different week. It wasnt even the same day of the week - they just didnt pay attention to what they were doing and scheduled me for some other time. Also, a complete misspelling of my name made it difficult to locate me in the system. Lastly, the receptionist I spoke to, today, couldnt care less that it was their mistake. This is unacceptable customer service. I cannot comment on the doctors and nurses abilities, as I didnt even get a chance to see them. Poor quality receptionists.

The medical service I received there was beyond my expectation. I had Dr. Yoo, and she was very competent and confident and has a very good bed side manner. I was a little hesitant to go to the Urgent Care because I was afraid that I would be referred to another specialist, but to my pleasant surprise, she took care of my problem right there. The wait time for her was a little long, but when she took care of my problem right at the spot, I understood why she was running behind the schedule; she is very thorough and takes more responsibilities than I had expected. I would go to her any time again.

Im nothing but impressed with this clinic! I needed a Dr. referral for Physical Therapy after a ski fall, and Overlake Downtown Bellevue was able to give me a same day appointment. The check-in and insurance verification process was simple, and after being cared for so well right off the bat, I immediately changed my primary care physician to this office. Just fantastic care from everyone here, including the front office reception staff and nurses.

Disappointed after several years of good experiences. Had a gap in insurance coverage when I had a terrible ear infection. Called to confirm cost of office visit without insurance. Long story short, it was NOT clear that the visit could be any amount OVER $150. If I had an idea that it would be nearly $300 to see a doctor for 15 minutes to diagnose an ear infection AFTER the eardrum had ruptured, I would have shopped around more.

I was at Overlake Medical because someone was rshed to the hospital. We were there for 30 minutes and had thought wed beat the ambulance. Turns out theyd been there for about 45 minutes had hadnt registered yet so we had no idea. They should get everything in order better but they took pretty good care otherwise.

This clinic changed, and not in a good way. Now its walk-in only with no way to schedule appointments. No morning hours anymore - new hours are noon to 10pm. Typical wait seems to be 45 mins and it wont be to see a doctor (but they assured me theres no difference?).

Too much waiting to get the treatment. Need to stay at least 1 to 2 hrs outside to meet the doctor. They should have had a timer outside to know the current waiting time so that proper planning can be done.

horrible. Dr Hays only cares about himself NOT the patient. Avoid this place if youre not feeling well.
