If I could give a negative rating I would. Worst staff I have ever experienced. Called to explain our 2 yr old daughter had a terrible cough and sounds like the croup. Receptionist said she would check with the doctor to see if she is comfortable seeing her. She said yes and we told her we live down the street and will be there in 5 min. We arrive in 5 min and are put in line behind 4 people with an hour wait time. When I tell the receptionist we just spoke on the phone, she asked if I had an appointment. I said no, that was never mentioned as an option. She said sorry and then we wait for THREE HOURS as people who dont even appear sick come and go as we sit and wait. Theres a sign that says "Patients with more serious conditions may be seen ahead of others", but I guess the guy who asked to turn on the Grammys was sicker than my 2 yr old who was coughing like crazy. Then the receptionist starts playing loud techno music over the intercom in the waiting room. Never experienced that before in a doctors office. Finally get called back and the nurse proceeds to argue with me that the Walgreens Ive been using for two years isnt 24 hrs and are now closed. The doctor takes one listen to my daughters chest and says we need to go the the emergency room immediately. Every doctor and nurse at the ER couldnt believe that a 2 yr old in her condition was meant to wait so long. After two days at Seattle Childrens hospital, my daughter is now well. I will never go back to this clinic and will steer as many people as I can away from it.

My treatment was mediocre. The staff were very friendly (reception area and medical assistant were both great). The doctor was also relatively friendly. I did NOT like that I made an appointment online 45 minutes in advance, however when I showed up the people who had arrived only 5 minutes before me were seen first (first come, first serve) and I ended up having to wait for more than an hour beyond my appointment time because they were being treated due to there being only one doctor in the clinic who was treating the patient who arrived 5 minutes before me - even though I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and had filled out all of my information online before coming in (which I was then asked to fill out again when I came into the office). I dont mind waiting a few minutes or having to wait some because I understand that things happen and appointment times are not always guaranteed, but I could see from the condition of the patient that the situation was clearly NOT an emergency (and due to the nature of the clinic it is not an emergency clinic). I did not like that I had made an appointment before coming in and it was not honoured. I already spent the entire day home ill from work and then had to sit in a waiting room feeling very ill for more than an hour past the appointment time. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the value of the clinic otherwise. The location was also great for me.

Sub-par. I unfortunately had to visit them twice recently. Youll be handed off to about 4 different people throughout the process, and youll spend twice as much time waiting for those people as you will spend talking to them. The service Ive received here is very rushed, and not particularly friendly. Good luck asking any questions to the provider before they jet out of the exam room after 5 minutes. Youd expect that from an M.D., but not from a P.A. Be sure to ask for a gown if you need one, as the assistant wont know to give you one when they sit you in the exam room. I had a medical assistant mix me up with another patient and was luckily able to stop them before they dished the patients discharge details to me. They also made at least one data entry error when they entered my intake form into their system. One of the P.A.s I saw was at least nice--thats why Im giving them a 2nd star. If you can help it, go to ZoomCare in Belltown or Queen Anne instead.

Doctors Express offers a much needed service and the service that they provide is excellent. My experience occurred a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning when I woke up with a painful medical issue, after much whining around I drove to Doctors Express Urgent Care and was pleased to be greeted by a helpful, sympathetic, efficient receptionist and then got in to see the doc in less than 20 minutes....what a relief! The Doctor that I met with was very personable, informative and must have been knowledgable because the treatment was very effective in a very short time. They even did a follow up cll to find out how I was doing a couple of days later...very nice touch. Very pleased and glad to know this place is here...much less costly and much more efficient than going to an over crowded exasperating emergency room. I highly recommend this place!

Doctor checking phone while Im describing a symptom...and blatantly asked me "what" after I finished a sentence while still on phone. I wanted to walk out but its scary to handle something this way while needing medical attention. It was really affordable though..and I paid out of pocket..only 130 ish to talk to a doctor for....maybe...9 - 12 minutes. Ultimately I left with what seemed logical.. advice. . . But obviously...this would be a different situation if the advice wasnt correct hahaha I read the other reviews... and they are happy with brief efficient healthcare, awesome. I like my garden hose sprinkler to be efficient ....the systems investigating / educating / and discussing my health... efficient, not in terms of apathetic and distracted. I cant wait to see my gp Monday :/ Thanks for considering my thoughts google users!

When I arrived, I was helped immensely by the folks behind the counter, when I told them I didnt know my Washington Apple Healthcare account number. They helped me by looking it over after I logged in on their ipad in the waiting room. I was seen within 20 minutes, and my RN and doctor were very kind and courteous. My only concern is that she only looked and quickly said that "it sounds like you have a sinus infection". She gave me a prescription for augmentin, which unfortunately was a $70 prescription. But the pharmacist just substituted amoxicillin, and Im now halfway through the 14 pills. I feel a little better, but my lungs still hurt so Im not convinced that it was merely a sinus infection. But decent visit anyway, and my first experience ever having my own healthcare. Thanks immediate clinic!

Nice enough staff and doctor, care adequate but I dont like being told one price and then having people try and force me to pay more than they said without any justification. I was told a visit would be $135, which I would happily pay but they are now trying to force me, through threats and coercion, to pay $241 for no other reason than they say so. I was provided no additional services which would justify additional charges, no testing or follow ups etc, just charged a higher rate than quoted and now they have collectors threatening me because I refuse to pay more than what they told me it would be. I would steer clear of this place, but this posting is only my opinion and your experience may vary.
