DONT GO HERE!!!! I went into the er in excruciating pain arrived before 9pm wasnt brought into a room until after 11pm and other than taking a couple viles of blood nothing was done except repeatedly making sure my sliding door was shut all the way without being visible because my screams of agony were bothering them yet no one came in to see if i was ok or needed anything not even a Tylenol or sip of water i didnt even get a blanket for the first couple hours just my hospital gown I repeatedly pushed the nurse and pain button to no avail i even screamed until a nurse came on the intercom and I begged, pleaded, and asked them to just amputate my appendage to get rid of the pain since no one had even come in the room needless to say I ended up walking out after 2am still receiving no treatment hadnt seen the doctor or nurse at all other than the first nurse that took me to my room and took my blood right before she left for the night. I then had to go into another hospital where believe it or not i actually received care oh and fyi providence it was a blood clot thanks for not testing me if i would have gone home like i said i was going to and not to another hospital Id be dead thanks for saving my life barely by making me walk out and drive to Seattle for REAL help guess youre lucky i didnt die on the trip maybe you should retrain your staff so they realize blood clotting disorders with an extremely low p/t inr and excruciating pain can be a very serious matter like life or death depending on how big the clot is when it breaks lose and where it travels i gave you all this info thanks for the near death experience I WONT be back

Zero stars. Negative 10 stars, actually.This establishment is BY FAR the worst "medical" establishment I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. I sat in this emergency room literally dripping with blood for over 7 hours. I literally had to clean my blood off the floor by myself (which is hard to do from a wheelchair) and could not even get a bandaid... I am now trying get an appointment with my g.p. (also a Providence provider) to have my broken ankle set, and there is no record of the 10+ plus xrays that were taken of my ankles and knees. But, Im being told that if I wish to WALK in there!!!! they can make me a c.d. of the non existent xrays, the ones the xray tech actually KICKED the wheelchair pedal that my broken foot was on, and never even acknowledged that his actions literally brought me to gushing tears from the pain of it. Please put the PROFUSE amount of xrays in my chart so that my Dr. can access them and set my broken ankle.

Wow dont hold here unless you have to cause you get shot or last choice. Front service ladies bad, really bad. Rude obviously no passion in there job an see it just as a paycheck. The waiting room is decent not clean though sitting in corner there appears to be critters or small people that poo. I see clinic beds open but they jeep saying they are full. Maybe hire more people you get money from federal. Oh an nice watch carol Rolex must be nice.

Terrible hospital even emergency room you have to wait for hours. We were brought from one room to another for over 8 hours and we were only able to see a doctor once for a few min after being shuffled in the EMERGENCY ROOM. Dont go here there are many other hospital that are much better and can actually coordinate people. Doctors and staff are unhelpful we have to end up going somewhere else in the long run to get the actual help we needed.

Great experience. The nurses really took the time to answer patient and family questions. The doctors always included the nurses during the rounding. Everyone was very much in the loop with care. From the info station to the cafeteria to the units. Each staff was pleasant and helpful. I always found a friendly staff that helped me find my way when I got lost on the hospital too... since there are so many floor seats to each building!

My mom call 911 and get to hospital . They have bed where patient can call nurse any time they want . So mom call 4 times by pressing that button for nurse because she needs water and no body shows for about 40 minute and yes it was in emergency room.so finally go out and get water for my mom. I am surprise how could this ingnorance can happen even in emergency room. Not happy with service

Fair medical services unless you have been drinking or they think your a drug seeker. Facility is not as clean as one would think.room food horrible and cafeteria over priced. Staff seems to call on Ubereats for best deals, selection and # 1 options.

Good Corporate Medicine. Individual Doctors are great not all. It is what it is a business making money on illness. They do a decent job of keeping folks alive but dont expect compassion.
