Spine Physiatry is unbelievably unprofessional! I had an appointment and received a call 20 minutes before saying they needed to cancel. (this appointment had been made 4 days earlier) They called to inform me that they dont see people under 18 years of age. When I made the appointment I said it was for my son, they also asked for his birthdate at the time the appointment was made. Its sad that they would turn away a child with a back injury (who is in discomfort)and at the last moment and wasted valuable days when I could have scheduled someplace else. Please learn from this and place your trust someplace else.
