I have been going here for about 3 years. I own one set of glasses from here and just recently purchased another pair. Unfortunately, the frames I got are defective. The frames would not stay on my face, they are too big, and the arms bow out like they are bent. One is even more bent then the other side, which I pointed out. The lenses were terrible... I could not see through em. Like I was looking through a fish bowl. It felt like I had someone elses glasses on. I went there to try and exchange my glasses but the staff would not help me. They told me I was stuck with them and blamed my insurance that they could not exchange frames. I have only had these glasses for 4 days!!! I was very upset that they refused to help me. The only thing they did was give me money back for the frames alone and not the lenses. I paid 285$ and she wrote me a check for 171$. I basically got screwed! It is sad and disappointing how poorly this business treated me. They wouldnt even do a simple exchange of equal or lesser value. Do not waist your money here. The doctor was very nice but he was unaware of what was going on and how poorly his wife treated me. It is sad how people treat people now a days. No humanity left.

You will not find a more thorough and thoughtful doc around. Spends the time needed to get it right and genuinely cares that your vision is well cared for. In particular, Dr. Savage is the best Ive ever gone to for RGP contact fittings. I see better now than I have in at least 20 years.

Dr. Savage is very thorough and careful in his eye exams. He takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure you are happy with the whole process. Very patient and knowledgeable. One of the best eye clinics Ive been to.
