I booked an appointment for a massage here to reduce stress and loosen up my back a bit. Appointment today started out okay. "Vee-Sai?" started a little rough but thats to be expected with how tight my neck and back were/are. Thought it was a little odd that his CD was skipping and starting over or whatever... not a big deal, just disrupted the environment a bit. Around 35 minutes or so in, the music stopped altogether. I thought okay... poor planning. Hes fixing it. He leaves one hand on my neck with his thumb digging in for about a minute, maybe two and I think hes changing the CD. I find out that hes checking his phone texts and he excuses himself for an "emergency". Hes out of the room for a couple of minutes and comes back in to tell me that his wifes car broke down and hell just finish up with me and then hell go rescue his wife. Really? Im a business owner and when I came there today I turned my phone off and gave someone at the office the front desk phone number to call in an emergency. He started again for a second and wrenched into my neck like his mind was somewhere completely different. Im sure it was. It was painful and I told him to stop immediately. He left, telling the business owner Jeff Stetson he had to cut out early. Jeff looked at the clock and decided to bill me. He was so "nice" though to only bill me for 3/4 of the massage. Im saving the receipt. Ill never go back. The only apology if there even was one, I dont remember it, must have been the minimum obligatory apology necessary for someone who just doesnt care. Massage was $59. He charged my card for $44.25. With this kind of service, Im calling my insurance to make sure hes not double billing. Only a few times in my life that Ive experienced this level of dissatisfaction. Good luck staying in business with this level of professionalism. With this level of smugness I am surprised I wasnt asked to reschedule for another appointment two weeks out. I would never recommend this business or this massage therapist. On a side note, all the other reviews from years ago were for another business owner.

Ive had problems with my left shoulder ever since I injured it back in high school while practicing my serves during tennis practice one day. Ever since, I had trouble with that motion, serving was painful unless I warmed up a lot, and I couldnt throw hard without consciously altering my motion or risk slightly tearing it and being really sore over the years. Dr. Warburton was able to, through various techniques, alleviate the pain, and then through several visits of adjusting my shoulder my shoulder, it feels like its been fully healed. It still pops a bit, but there is no more pain, my range of motion has totally returned, and I can throw and serve without having to think about my shoulder anymore. I cant believe I let this go for years without doing anything, because I thought Id have to have surgery in order to fix my shoulder. Dr. Warburton was able to fix my shoulder in about a 3 month period. And it was just by chance that this all happened. My wife started seeing Dr. Warburton first to help with a sore neck, and now my 8 year old son is also being treated for respiratory related allergy problems which have now gone away. Dr. Warburtons practice has been a great help to my family, and its always a pleasure to come in and see him and his staff, its a very nice family practice. For those of you with shoulder problems/rotator cuff problems, try him out, it cant hurt, it beats surgery, and he might end up fixing all your problems.

I have been going to Mercer Wellness for the last several years as needed. Prior to that I went to Chiropractors for years in both San Diego and Chicago. Dr. Jeff took over the practice at Mercer Wellness within the last year or so. Dr. Jeff Stetson removes any stereotypes that you may have of a Chiropractor. He is knowledgeable, not pushy and truly there to help make you feel better. The masseuse, Veesay (sp?) , is a fantastic masseuse for therapeutic needs. He has helped with chronic headaches as well as feet issues. He has never been anything but professional.

My brother back east told me to try a chiropractor for my headaches. I couldnt stomach any more pills and Ive got to be sharp at work. I was way better after the 1st visit. And Ive seriously just kept getting better. I had no idea what chiropractic was about. But its worked for me. My knee feels better, I sleep better and I just feel lighter. Thanks Dr. Warburton!

I have been to M A N Y message therapists over the years. The guy (can never remember his name) at Mercer Island Wellness is fantastic. I have a lot of neck problems which causes other problems throughout my back. I feel so much better and stay feeling well for a good period of time. Highly recomment getting a message here.
