I was a patient of Osborne Chiropractic from 2013 to 2016. Ive had a variety of experiences there that have culminated in me no longer being a patient of theirs. The chiropractic adjustments were fine, predictable, and consistent. As typical of chiro offices, on several occasions they attempted to sell me on an ongoing treatment plan with monthly installment payments that would last 6-12 months. I rejected that and continued treatment as I felt necessary. The massage treatments were acceptable. The massage therapists tend to talk more than I prefer. But recently, their massage rooms were moved up 2 flights of very steep and treacherous stairs. This was a dealbreaker for me, both as a chronic pain patient with pelvis issues (the stairs are painful for me, no elevator in the building) and after a massage I often feel dizzy and Id have to walk down these stairs afterward - these stairs are very steep and I am at risk of falling. But the real straw that broke the camels back about why Ill never be a patient of theirs anymore is a long ongoing story about accounting problems. Ill put it in a nutshell here. It took me 4 requests to get a copy of all my transactions of service. At time of payment, you are given a receipt, but no invoice. If you track your medical expenses for tax purposes, the receipt is inadequate. The front desk staff put me off twice and the accounting staff put me off once before finally giving me my record of service and charges and payments. When I finally got it from accounting, it didnt include the entire time period I requested. That took two additional requests for them to finally get the service period correct. This lack of attention to detail was irritating. The front desk staff decided to double my copay charges at the beginning of the year. When I questioned this, they rudely argued with me on two occasions stating that it was because they had to collect an insurance deductible. I had to do my own research with my insurance company and get them to help me prove to Osborne that they were incorrect and they were double charging me. When they finally acknowledged this to be true, they offered me a refund of HALF of the double charges. I insisted the refund all of the overpayments, which was greater than $100. When I finally confirmed this refund, I specifically reiterated that they had my address incorrect (which I had attempted to update with the front desk on at least 2 occasions). They responded to my email with the address directive and assured me a check would be sent. Sure enough, they sent the check to the wrong address. When my refund check was a week late, I asked if they sent it to the address in my email. They said no, they sent it to my old address, and asked "dont you have mail forwarding set up?" (which of course I did - when I moved out of there three years prior! Its expired!). I finally got the check almost 3 weeks after I proved they were double-charging me. "Accepts insurance - but will mishandle it and argue with you about it". This ongoing incompetence and inattention to detail is almost as frustrating as the icy cold rude demeanor of Svetlana at the front desk. She has never deigned to grace me or my significant other with even an ounce of kindness or a smile, even though we were both patients there for extended periods of time. They also switched their check in system to using iPads for every client. I dont want to touch a computer touch screen that every other client and their children has touched, thats not sanitary. Not only that, for elderly or vision challenged clients, this is basically a big deterrent from using the office if they are forced to complete their own check in (which was previously a piece of paper). Ill never be back.

Better Life

I have been a patient for many years and have been very impressed with the level of care that I have received. I am a strong believer that regular chiro adjustments coupled with rehab have saved me from my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I used to suffer from debilitating migraines and I even notice that if I dont go in regularly, I tend to get flare ups. I also choose to go in regularly during my pregnancies to help combat my lower back pain, especially as my bump gets bigger. I have recommended Osborne Chiropractic to all my family and friends as well and we have all had nothing but positive experiences with the Doctors & staff and I am very grateful for the expert care that I have received in treating my chronic pain.

Great relief of pain and renewed strength, sports and school wore me out. i played football for 4 years and wrestled for 3, as well as being a automotive/diesel technicial my body was always tired, when i came in and got an xray i couldnt believe how bad my skeletal structure was, after only 3 weeks i felt so much more alive, i could hit the gym alot harder i increased my strength stamina and speed. it was amazing i have so much more energy. Its a great place to go if your the type of person that hits the gym hard or does heavy labor for a living, the staff is amazing, and Dr. Osborne knows what his doing, almost immediately he could tell my shoulder hip and lower back was out of place.

My experience with Osborne Chiropractic has been a wonderful one! The office staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. When I need an appointment, theyre flexible and willing to work with me. Dr. Cory Osborne has a sincere desire to help people in pain, and not only is he great at his job, he always does it with a smile on his face, and keeps everyone in the office in good spirits. The office is truly a place that after leaving you look forward to your next appointment. Before coming here, I was having regular headaches. After just 1 or 2 adjustments, they stopped completely. I cant say it enough, thank you Dr. Osborne!

Love theses guys! Dr. Osborne is amazing! I have had manual adjustments in the past with other chiropractors and I always get horrible migraines, but here I dont have that issue. The front staff are always polite, curteous and accommodating. Marina, one of the massage therapist, is so wonderful! Who would have thought such a small woman could have so much strength to be able to work out my stiff muscles!! Thanks for being so awesome guys!!

Ive been going to Osborne Chiropractic for about a month to work on some neck and back issues. The adjustments, traction, and PT exercises have all been great and are producing noticeable results on chronic issues Ive dealt with for years. The staff and Dr. Osborne are all fun to work with and do a fantastic job. Id highly recommend checking this place out!

Dr. Osborne and staff are really amazing. They are all very compassionate towardst patients. Dr. Osborne takes time with each and every patient making sure that the treatment plans he assigns provide the most positive results. The front desk is very accommodating to my very busy schedule. I went to Osborne Chiropractic after I took a pretty hard fall, the staff there is very welcoming and makes you feel wanted. The Dr is very professional, polite and attentive. He explains everything step by step before doing the adjustment to make you feel comfortable. everyone at the front desk is awesome!
