Id LOVE to give a public review of my Life Coaches- er, I mean Kenmore Chiropractic and Dr. JP Mahar! Can I start by saying Id been approved (by the VA) for continuing care and I choose Kenmore Chiropractic again when I could have chosen anyone because of their enthusiasm for living life to its fullest? I lost 40 lbs since last summer and Dr Mahar is definitely on the same page to encourage this. Hes what youre looking for if you want a no nonsense approach to improving your life. I feel WONDERFUL when I leave his office but heres the thing, EVERYTHING cracks all week long after he does the adjustments, so there are lingering effects that go WITH you as you live your life. Im one lucky person to have such support. Mark me down as happy as can be, with Kenmore Chiropractic. Did I mention that theyre easy to find?

I came in with pain so bad, I could not focus or function normally. Within one visit, I felt better enough to get my sense of humor back and do the day without a pain reducer, which are killing my stomach. Why I waited so long is a question I ask myself daily as I work and do my day. I realize not everyone may not get this relief immediately? I have a long way to go before I am "back" to normal. But I am thankful for Kenmore Chiropractic and the wonderful staff. I can breathe again! enjoying life with a better quality. My family is very happy too :)

Im a very big guy with a lot of back pain. Finding a chiro that really puts the time and effort into making me feel better is tough to find. Go see Dr. Mahar, he will take care of you! His staff is pretty awesome too!
