I had an appointment with Dr. Brazil about a year ago however only met with one of his PAs. I went in for a mole removal and a skin check. The PA that saw me was only interested in removing the mole I had concerns about. When I asked about having a full skin check (as I have fair skin and many moles and freckles) she told me they only do a full skin check if there is a personal history of skin cancer. As a younger person I do not want to have to wait until I have cancer to be screened. As she was assessing the mole I had concerns about she happened to notice a questionable looking mole next to the one I was concerned about. She decided to remove both moles but still refused to assess other parts of my body (like my back) and told me I should just watch areas myself and make another appointment if I felt concerned. I decided that I would never go back to this office again. Recently I went to a new and much better dermatologist who did a thorough skin check and decided to remove another area. This has come back with questionable margins and needed to have two round of removal. I cannot help but wonder if Dr. Brazils office had done a skin check and assessed me preventatively this area would have been removed last year resulting in a smaller scar and not allowing what could be a malignant area to spread. Overall Dr. Brazils office does not seem to care about taking any preventative measures to prevent skin cancer for their patients. That is a gross negligence and I would strongly discourage anybody from visiting this office.

WOW - Megan - (a nurse) was both Not interested in my concerns - but totally discompassionate.. Before I had time to complete the medical history - I was usured into an exam room .. Even though I had spent time researching my concerns online - I was told that my hair loss was most likely STRESS related and that my excessive sweating of the head - was unfortunate.. No remedies were offered. When we discussed my skin disorder (Sebborheic Keritosis) - I was told it was not life threatening - WHICH I KNEW.. When I asked for a prescription of hydorgen peroxide - she backed away saying she would need to consult with Dr. Brazil who had the day off. Let me tell you - If this adorable 30 something "Megan" had this disgusting condition that is characterized by brown raise bumps that itch like crazy - and are the most UGLY things you have ever seen... She would not have such a cavalier attitude. I do believe in KARMA - May I wish you what you deserve Megan.

Getting an appointment with an actual doctor is virtually impossible. The physician assistants are nice enough, but dont seem that much more knowledgeable about their craft than me with my second brains WebMD app. But what really got in my craw is that the practice appears to be in bed with the pharmaceutical industry, pushing me to get under-patent prescriptions that are not covered by my insurance that (1) cost hundreds of dollars for each refill; (2) are virtually identical, or at least similar, to other medications that *are* covered by my insurance. Indeed, the PA declined to tell me just how much money was involved, trying to pacify me with coupons and free samples, and refused to try to justify why this particular formulation was needed *or* try and convince the insurance company to make an exception. Ugh.

they arent willing to work with you, theyre not flexible, you rarely ever see the Dr, and when you do its for less than 5 mins. dont expect them to ever answer any of your questions, theyll blow you off to an assistant, who also doesnt know. its so hard to get an appointment with them. they dont care about you, youre just money in their pockets. highly lacking in their performance of customer service and understanding. this negativity has built up from being a patient with them for over 5 years, going to finally find a new provider

Do not go here. I was in the middle of my lazer tattoo removal, and they switched to the new Blink system. I was paying $225 per visit, and now they want me to pay $672 per visit. Now I am unable to finish my treatment. When I started they even told me that the price was supposed to go down because they are almost gone, and now I am half way done and they are telling me to pay up! How can they discontinue my treatment half way through the procedure???? Bad business!

I can not recommend his office. I went in for a hair removal procedure and left with second degree burns. The concern for my well being appeared to me to be less important to the office than protecting themselves from culpability.I will be dealing with the painful aftermath for the forseeable future. Even after the fact, Dr. Brazil himself only saw me regarding this after I pushed the issue. I will not return there for any future procedures.

I was pleased with the pre-appointment communications, day of staff quality and professionalism. I am truly thankful for Dr Brazils skillfulness and kind attitude during the procedure to keep my sons skin healthy! I would definitely return here for any future dermatology needs. Im actually Pgcoons husband. Ive been coming here for over ten years to address extensive sun damage. Dr. Brazil is top notch. Hes very much in demand. My only complaint would be that I had to schedule months ahead the first time.

The physician assistants and nurse who manage prescriptions are reesponsible. They just dont process documents on time. I need to change my doctor. Disgusting service. Most of the time the Dr is not available to see you.

I and all my family members have always had excellent care and service at Olympic Dermatology and have been going there for 10 years. I feel fortunate to have such a trusted skin doctor and practice in our area!
