First thing, the doctors office moved and there was never any formal letter or phone call to let us know that they had moved. When we called, they never picked up the phone, so we decided to contact the nurse line in order to figure out what their new address was. Finally we contacted the nurses line and they verified where the new location was. We were able to make the appointment ten minutes before schedule. When we asked the front desk about why we hadnt heard from them; they told us that they were short staffed and were going to call us to let us know the new location. Keep in mind they moved in January and could have made us aware during the phone call to make the appointment. Not only did they not let us know about the new location, but they also have poor service with billing. Even though they have received both sets of insurance from us, they stated only one card was on file and we had a balance. When contacting the billing department for two weeks; no one answered or returned phone calls that were made. Now here we are waiting at this appointment for over an hour and have yet to be seen. Others who have come after our appointment, have been seen first. I wouldnt recommend this facility at all. Ive never met such an unprofessional business establishment as this. Very dissatisfied.

I have been a patient of Asif Khans for quite sometime. I suffer from anxiety and go in just once a year to refill a perscription. He is very kind and compassionate. Since his wife took over his practice, it has gone completely down hill. Its for the birds now to be exact. She has no clue what shes doing, and the communication between everyone in the office is Zilch! The reason for my visit was to get a refill on my meds. I left without a perscription thinking she was calling it in with the ear meds that she prescribed. I go to Walmart the next day, ear meds are there, but no anxiety meds which is what I needed refilled. I called the office only to get the run around for nearly 3 weeks. She cares nothing about her patients and only cares about what she can prescribe. I finally went to the ear doctor and had no sign of an infection it was from my TMJ. He was surprised I was given a perscription without knowing if there was an infection. I dont recommend anyone going to this office. There is no concern for her patients at all and it is so unorganized! If II could have given it zero stars I would have. I will never go back again!!!!

Waiting for two hours havent seen dr yet. Asked front desk why she said dr running a bit late. A bit late is fifteen twenty minutes this is a joke!!!!!!
