I have seem myriad health professionals for my swollen achilles for four years with no improvement, just worsening conditions. I started reading a book on inflammation and learned about the Functional Medicine Institute and looked for physicians practicing this methodology in my area and found reviews and bio for Dr. Musnick. The first thing I noted that was totally different was the depth of review and research of all my health that Dr. Musnick conducted. You do not get the typical 15 minute shuffle with Dr. Musnick. Second, his examination was holistic and expansive, including reviewing all my previous tests. Third, he conducted a wide ranging physical examination and blood testing to see if all my markers were normal. After that he ordered a specialized ultra-sound for my inflamed tendons and muscles. After all of this he developed a treatment regime. For the first time my inflamed achilles is healing and there is no pain, even when running or hiking long distances. I also have learned a lot in the process which is helpful for me to follow the optimal nutrition and exercise program to make sure the bodys self healing mechanisms are working. I will be running a pain free marathon in three weeks at age 66! Im very happy to have found Dr. Musnick to diagnose my conditions and figure out the correct treatment.

I have no doubt that he is a qualified doctor, but in todays healthcare market, there are two people; care providers and money makers. Im afraid this fellow is the latter. 75$ appointment "deposit" turns into a fee that they dont refund. 360/hr, and he wastes every minute possible. I went in for issues with gluten intolerance, but somehow he felt necessary to do a full physical and hernia inspection, which could have been done by my main doctor and covered by insurance. 60 Min were spent getting information from me that I literally just wrote on patient intake forms. Several hundred dollars later, I have no answers for my GI issues, a recommendation for PT for joint pain, and some requested lab work... I didnt need to spend 90m on a physical and regurgitating information Ive already written down, just to be told to get lab work. Find someone else who doesnt cost 6$/min to milk the clock on.

Most Dr.s give you less than 10 minutes to show your ailment. If you have multiple problems, good luck. Unlike most Dr.s, Dr. Musnick is very insightful in finding the root cause of damage or pain. He factors what you said as part of his recommendation. He gives advice that is comprehensive. You dont have to be an MD yourself to understand his recommendations. Several years ago, Dr. Musnick gave me Prolotherapy for injured SI ligaments. I healed completely. Now this year, Dr. Musnick treated me for a life threatening car accident. He gave me right amount of scar injections and microcurrent. I healed completely.

My daughter was in a car accident. She was diagnosed with a neck injury and TBI. A few months after the crash, she still wasnt properly healing, so we took her to Dr. Musnick. He was able to figure out right away why she was getting daily headaches. (Her neck was too tight.) So he did some micro-current treatments and also referred her to some specialists who together have been able to get my daughter headache free! Dr. Musnick did a very thorough analysis and treatment of my situation. I suffered injuries from a car accident and he used frequency specific microcurrent treatment which greatly improved my situation and decreased my pain.
