Dr. Hiles is the first doctor that has cared about my conditions and not treated me like Im just taking up their precious time. She cares and is kind and understanding. The other doctors I have seen have been great as well. The problem I have is with some of the receptionists. There is one in particular that needs to smile when she is on the phone just so it at least SOUNDS like she gives a rats behind. She is impatient and even somewhat rude. There are at least 2 in the office that act this way. I dont know if they make enough not to care or dont make enough to care. There is one who is very sweet and patient and tries to get things done quickly, but the other two have been rude and made my husband, myself and my friend all wait on separate occasions while they did things like FB Apps!! Being a Christian myself, I know that its not always easy to be the face of our faith, but the fact of the matter is that we are. When your clinic name is Maranatha, you play Spirit 105.3 in the waiting room, give away Bible verses and have Jesus art - its important to also be kind in nature. I do not wish to hurt the feelings of the staff, but I do think they should know how they are coming across because maybe they dont realize it and do really mean well. My friend is considering finding a different doctor because of this and my husband doesnt want to make appointments at all because of the treatment. I very much like my doctor, though and will continue to come, but would really like to be greeted in a friendly manner in the office as well as over the phone.

Dr Graves, has been my primary care Dr. now for a few years and is the first dr that I had who actually listens to what is going on. He hears what it is that I am telling him, I have never once felt as though he made a preliminary judgment and based his final decisions off of that. Its so good to see because all the dr.s I have been to in the past have made me feel like thats exactly what they have done. Its a refreshing change. A dr. who cares and listens, the way its supposed to be. I could not express in words how happy I am with the way I have been treated by every one in that office,I can say that I am extremely grateful I am a patient there.I simply couldnt ask for a better place to receive care.

Dr. Graves is an experienced, expert, caring medical doctor. I appreciate that he explains everything clearly and that he does not over-prescribe or over-medicate. He has helped me through some challenging medical issues to 100% solution.
