When you walk into the reception area of this unique dental practice, you are cordially greeted by your first name with a warm smile. Instantly, you feel that you are part of the family of very skilled professionals, headed by Dr. Nic Reep. Lesley Reep, a dental hygienist, does whatever is needed in the office or treatment rooms to keep things running smoothly. Wait times are minimized. Whoever you are, the Reep team makes an assessment of what you need and devises a treatment plan, which Dr. Reep oversees. Their major concern is to treat you as whole person, encouraging rather than berating you when they see something you could do better to take care of your teeth. The techniques used are state of the art by any standards found in a large metropolitan area, and are used to improve your dental hygiene. Danielle cleans my teeth and in talking with some of her other patients, we all agree that she loves her work, and cares about her patients. She carries out the painstaking task of cleaning of every nook and cranny in your mouth with aplomb all the while making sure you are comfortable. In Boston, I dreaded the drilling of cavities because of the very light anesthesia, and the taste of tooth particles dislodged from ta cavity. Dr. Reep does not believe in working on your teeth to fill a cavity until a sufficient amount of local anesthesia has been delivered to still the nerves surrounding the site. Whether ensuring that you have received the appropriate amount of anesthesia or placing a glove to isolate the tooth to be treated or assisting Dr. Reep, they are all competent and friendly. I feel confortable enough to joke and sometimes-even laugh at my own jokes. When I had an after hours emergency with a very painful tooth, I left a message, and in short order received a call from Lesley Reep. Dr. Reep came in Saturday to examine and treat me. Without any hesitation, I can recommend Reep Family Dental.

The best place for any dental needs! Let me start by saying I have avoided dentists since childhood. I have been nervous to return, and if you share the horror stories I have had you are too. So, six years went by without one trip to the dentists and I knew I had a few problems. I thought I might loose even all my teeth at some point. I finally gathered the courage and pushed myself into Dr. Reeps office after hiding my smile for a year and a half. Let Me Tell You, The best thing I have done in a long time! The staff is extremely pleasurable, they truly care about your comfort and health NEEDS. I was very relaxed and comfortable in my stay, even though looking at a nightmare of dental work. The staff was very helpful and explanatory, sure to not let me leave with any questions about my treatment plan. Dr. Reep assured me he could fix every problem Ive had in a timely manner. The Team has even made accommodations since I live an hour and 10 minutes away, Quincy WA. They worked fast upon my consultation and got me same day service on my front tooth(the one that made me hide my smile) and my smile is back brighter than ever. I would recommend this Dental office to any and all friends, family, strangers! My first visit in 6 years was very pleasant, had outstanding results, and high optimism for a completely healthy mouth! I could care less about the drive at this point, the environment and quality of work is well worth it!!! ***One Note I must make, they do not accept state Health insurance, which is fine given the quality and comfort, I am lucky enough to have the funds to take care of my expanse amount of work, I assure anyone with state insurance that the coin is well worth the dental work that you want done right, looking good, the first time!

I have been a patient of Reep Family Dental for at least 6 years. The best of my dental history, due to the competent and professional care with Reep Family Dental, fall within those 6 years. From a dental / medical standpoint I have not had more competent, cognitive, forward thinking and honestly engaged service in my lifetime. Dr. Reep and his staff are personable, thoughtful, empathetic and dedicated. They possess a constant eye towards proven advancement in dental technology and have never shied away from being questioned on methods or practices that would answer my numerous questions and concerns of treatment. I was referred to Reep Family Dental last year. Their staff is friendly and professional, knowledgable and proficient at what they do - from Dr. Reep, oral hygienists, dental assistants to the receptionist (basically everyone there). My appointments have always started on time and most often finished earlier that expected. No one enjoys receiving novacane shots during oral procedures (crowns, root canals, fillings, ets), however - Dr. Reep takes pride in his accuracy and always gets it right the first time !!! The staff goes out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and lets you know what they are going to do before each step. They offer a nice feature for reminding you of an upcoming appointment - you can receive text messages to confirm your appointment or even cancel it, if you are unable to keep it. Then a day or two before, you will receive another reminder of your scheduled appt. We all have busy lives, I find this extremely helpful. I highly recommend Reep Family Dental for all your dental care ...

I recommend Reep Family Dental, especially to seniors. After several visits I am compelled to say that in comparison to my different experiences in other west coast locations, including my other favorite dentist located elsewhere (Calif.), the professionalism demonstrated by this team is appreciated. The office is orderly, exceptionally clean and I especially have to mention the staff efforts toward insuring contemporary sterile technique is noticeably different from other health professionals I have visited in the Yakima area. It is especially important for me to mention that I appreciated the doctors interest in MY approval of the outcome each time I visited for a procedure. Service costs were a bit higher than I expected for Yakima but apparently it is a worthy cost for those seeking demonstrably better care and better results. I visited four other dental practices in Yakima before choosing Reep Family Dental. Doing my homework was worth it.

Highly recommended! This is coming from someone who hates, with a passion, going to the dentist. My job forces me to relocate every few years, so Ive been to several dentists over the years. Reep Family Dental is the best experience Ive had hands down. Everyone is friendly, excited, passionate, and happy to do their job. The Dr speaks to you and explains everything in a comfortable, easy to understand way. Their technology is cutting edge. I was in the office for two hours and got something done that would have taken my previous dentist months. Even the contraption they put in your mouth to keep you from choking on all the stuff from the procedure is nice. All this to say, the atmosphere is great. The people truly care about you and it was a pleasure.
