Ive never had a bad experience here, and Im very low income. They will work with you to code your expenses so that your insurance covers it. I feel my doctor listens to me and is willing to try things that I suggest. They are willing to give me a referral whenever I need it, which is often. The receptionists are so sweet and they speak Spanish. They also have a translator for other language needs. They are sympathetic and accommodating to my blood draw phobia. Im sorry that others had a bad experience here but its been great for me. (Ive never seen anyone treated poorly in the waiting room or pharmacy either, fyi) Thanks!

This place is absolutely horrible. If your low income prepare to be treated like crap. We went to a dental appointment at 10:30 and because we had to wait in line and it was 10:32 my fiancé was not allowed to go to the appointment and it was rescheduled. There are a lot of rude employees as well who will take out their aggression on the people there as if it were the DMV. If you dont have money this is the reality.

BEWARE, this is NOT, I repeat, NOT a low or no cost clinic for people without insurance like they claim. If you do not have medicare or Badgercare or insurance, DO NOT COME HERE! I came for a check up and some routine blood work and was billed almost $900!!! (And I have NO INSURANCE!!!) I could have saved myself time and gas and went to a local doctors office and had the same bill. Do not waste your time!

Primary clinic care for very low income people. Building interior is sufficiently nice, staff are much more patient and laid back than GHCs or Unitys. Services rendered are equal, but minus one point; only 1 receptionist, as opposed to others clinics dozen. Not that big, but if theres anyone in front of you, have a bit of patience.
