Dr Pardos bedside manners need improvement: His behavior is not sympathetic to patients. He greets, rushes, turns around, writes, does not explain what he is doing during the visit and leaves the office to the nurses assistant to do the explaining for him. When calling the office to check on test results, they have a computerized phone with no humans to talk to. It takes 3-4 calls to get one call back from them. This was my last $200 in his office, no plans to return again

I wouldnt give one star if I could. The staff at this office was not helpful and kept transferring my call to several people where I had to keep explaining myself. The worst though was Stacy, the office manager, which was extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful of my situation. How can you have someone like that deal with your customers if they have no customer service or people skills!? I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

If you are like me and are now paying for all the time spent getting sun burns in your past, I can tell you that Dr. Pardo is the best at fixing those unexpected problems. He is very nice and friendly and a true professional. His staff is kind, flexible and they make the visit or procedure an easy going experience. Coral Gables Dermatology Center is excellent.

I have been seeing Dr. Pardo for years and wouldnt trust my skin to anyone else. He is an extremely well respected dermatologist and has always been an excellent doctor to me and takes the time to address my concerns. I also come to his office for facials and they are great. All of the staff at the office is very nice.
