ER

I have been a patient for 9 years, but when I was overseas and needed a prescription for a topical spray, one Ive received from them many times in the past, they tell me I have to come in for an appointment. I explained to them I am out of the country on a job and cannot just fly home for a doctors appointment for some spray. The refused to give me a prescription until I come back next year. I had just seen them 4 months ago and still have refills in Florida, but the pharmacy cant ship out of state or overseas. So instead of just rewriting the prescription so I can fill it here, they so no, make an appointment. 9 years as a patient and this is how youre treated. Disgusting!

The business of removing moles is very prominent at this site. Not only was it NOT necessary for me to have so many moles removed, but now i have scars left as well. You will never see the actual dermatologist (unless probably when very sick) and the physician assistant will do anything to convince you to have at least of couple of moles removed. Again, for the vague reason that its better to have them checked. Ridiculous.

Good luck getting an appointment or a call back! The people in the office act like it is there first day on the job. If you need a prescription refill do it 3 months in advance, because the office staff wont be able to figure it out for those 3 months. Terrible customer service! Doctors are good if you get past the people in the office! Good luck!!
