The staff are friendly, courteous, and patient with all of my questions. The wait after you sign in is usually 10-15 minutes as long as you have made your appointment and show up on time. The one time I did not make an appointment, they still saw me and my wait was approximately 20-30 minutes. Not bad, considering the wait times at most offices and emergency rooms are 15-30 minutes. Overall I am pleased with the way they are taking care of me and my unborn baby. People complain about the service they are getting but fail to realize that it is "free", and these people arent getting paid top dollar, not to mention that they have little funding but still provide adequate and exceptional care to families in need. Once again, lovely staff, and good service.

I have called to see about what shots are needed for an upcoming missions trip and left numerous messages with different people. I have called to follow up on my messages, but I dont have a name since it is a general voicemail that I have left messages on. As of now (which is 2-3 weeks later) not one person has responded. Everyone I talk to seems like they dont know who is in charge of answering the questions I have and it seems no one is cross trained. I have thought about going up there to ask questions in person, but I was told I couldnt make an appointment for this so I would have to basically take off work to sit around and wait for someone to "possibly" be able to help me.

If I could give no stars I would. Florida is a joke to this Country. Wont accept a temporary CDL that everyone else in this Government accepts. One lady just sitting there and looking at me and smirking. Very unprofessional. The lady who helped me was nicer but they are trying to tell me I dont have a half brother and my mother never had another child. Its hilarious!

I think the new facility is amazing it is so spacious the workers are so friendly and pleasant and the appointments go by so fast I was expecting a normal WIC appointment to last four to five hours like before and I was in and out with my two children in less than a half an hour wonderful

Horrible. I went in for maternity care and later found out I suffered a missed miscarriage. Not one person called, or RETURNED my calls for weeks. I eventually just had to show up there to avoid getting any infections. Would not recommend.

I went there for my appointment yesterday. The old black lady working at the waiting area the way she talk was so rude to me.
