to make appointments is a pain, the call center confirm over the phone the appointmemt is setup but when you get there the front staff tell you, you dont have an appointment. meaning the call center never really made the appointment. Another time I made an appointment I received my email and text confirmation, but when I got there the front staff said I didnt have an appointment. I showed the email confirmation but it didnt matter since I wasnt in their system, I would have to make another appoingment. I had lab work done for my kids, I was told there was an abnormality in one of my kids results, No-one could tell me which kid is it that i needed to bring back for the abnormal results. no-one ever knew anything or gave me the right information. All they could say is make an appointmemt for both.

Gyn service = Poor service. Been waiting for 4 hours with appointment! Also noticed that the staff calls people that came after you- even if that person didnt have an appointment scheduled. But if you are friends with the staff theyll call you right away (sarcastically speaking) bc one of the staff came out right after that pt wrote her name on the list and was called right away... Other than that- bring snacks and a magazine and be prepared to wait!

With appointment wait is over 2 hours. Unacceptable. Doctor Wilfredo Reyes is very knowledgeable and caring which is the only plus.
