It was my third visit to this doctor when my baby got her vaccination shots after first 2 months. During my previous visit we discussed with the doctor all the information about vaccination: the amount of shots, interval between shots & ect . 3 weeks after the vaccination I asked his office assistant to print me all the records from my 3 visits with the baby & thats how I found out that there are 2 shots missing. I was shocked. Nobody informed me that they didnt make all vaccination shots needed. They just didnt have it & they didnt make it. How is it possible to skip this information? I would definitely come back for the missing shots whenever they have it or visit another doctor. Moreover when we came to make the missing shots front desk lady was extremely rude & unprofessional. She said we have to double pay for the visit again & its our problem that we didnt know that they didnt make those shots. Same with the doctor. He didnt want to listen even a word. Literally told us to shut up. We asked to examine the baby before the shots. He just looked at the baby in my hands & said she was fine. Only after our complains he examined her. Never go to this doctor. In general he spends 30 seconds for the baby every time we used to come for a visit & never gives enough recommendations

My daughter attends this clinic administrative staff is rude and does not know customer service... I am displease with them.. Dr qureshi does not take these complaints seriously..Place me on hold for 55 mins from 330 pm and never came back until office close....

My kids been with Zafar since 2005 and they will continue until he kicks them out lol. He is very good at what he does and he is always right on his prediction. We love him.
