Family First has enhance my mothers quality of life significantly In addition to having professional competent caring aids that totally integrate into my mothers daily routine the management team takes a hands on approach in fact following up on all technical as well as the trivial details of the care being provided, way beyond what is the norm. Elana looks after my mother as she would family Elle helped me work through all financial matters taking all stress out of situations We have worked with agencies before and more or less knew what to expect, but Family First care for my mom (and support for immediate family) exceeds all of our expectations. We are great full for their friendship and help

I used family first for my mother this winter. I had an excellent experience. The aid that they sent was so hospitable, accommodating, and thoughtful. She always did things without asking her to do it. If I ever needed an extra hour to and the aid couldnt do it family first was quick to send a replacement. Their rates are much better than the other home health care agencies that I used. They are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them next year in the winter when my mother comes back to Florida please God
