I dont think this office even deserves one star. I specifically asked the front desk to schedule me on a day I could be the first patient seen in the morning because I have to be at work. They scheduled me 8:30am and said I would be seen no later than 9am. I waited in the room until 9:30am then walked out and asked the front desk when the doctor was coming in. She said shed get her. I then waited another 20 minutes and still no doctor. I walked up to the front again, asked if I was the first patient and she said yes. I asked if the doctor was running late and she said no. So whats the 45 minute hold up in an empty office when I was promised fist appointment? I asked for a refund and left. What a waste of my time and money (still had to pay for parking) and now Im late for work. Dont go unless you have a lot of time on your hands to sit around and wait and not be treated like a priority.

09/16/14 I had an appointment with Dr. Silebi for 12.00. The cancelation message came at 12.25! At 12.00 I was already there after 1 hour driving. The doctor was not there for the whole day, so there have been all morning to give a notice. One receptionist tried to apologize and be helpful. In the middle of my conversation with her another young lady came and started to ask the same questions again disregarding the process. When I told her that her help was not needed, since I was already taken care of by her colleague who was right there, she became not only rude, but violent slamming the window at my face. She is three times younger then me. If thats the staff, I cannot believe the doctor is diligent. Of course, I will not return there.

The worst doctor in town, she is never available to see you in you have a small consultation or a simple emergency that doesnt required a ER visit. The receptionists are rude, and they told me over the phone several times that I wasnt their priority when I was a patient.

The most unprofessional office & doctor ever, do not waste your time or money there. Doctor shows up whenever she likes or at all and the front desk is quite incompetent. I wish I did not waste my time going there, but at least I can let others know.

The doctor is AMAZING, but her front desk personnel is incompetent. Never answer the phone or return messages. very fustrating!!
