I am very disappointed with the care Livingstone assistants and her group have gave me Ms. Keri seems like she is a caring person but her people are NOT in the same page. I call Ms. Livingstone for a urgent first visit they were able to give me 3 weeks later which I understand. I need it a referral to continue my treatment for my allergies Ms. Livingstone assistant supposed to send a referral to my insurance for my to continue my treatment, a week later I call and they tell me is been sent I need it to wait. Two and a half weeks later i find out was never sed. With 4 week without my shots Im so sick I had miss work twice which I NEVER had, with 2 jobs on my hands this situation is breaking me down. Please Ms. Livingstone you are my Doctor know and I need you in my side.

Did not provide notice that she was no longer treating my child. Was very unhelpful during the transition process of finding a new doctor. Very dissapointed in the care and treatment.

Keri is an amazing and compassionate physician. She been our family doctor for over 10 years. Her staff are also very helpful and wonderfully nice.
