Nilsa Rivera is most unprofessional with misspelled words, incomplete sentences with aggressive questioning to interrogate. She was late for her own verified appointment. She added and changed statements to completely change the affect of the results of evaluation. She made comments on evaluation with absolutely no documentation of proof that was discrimination of culture, slander, defamation of character. She claims to "know it all" but, in the area of Autism and Tourette Syndrome, she is very illiterate. She places her "opinion" higher than medical documentation. She assumes much and judges situations according to her mindset not of facts and her findings are contradictory. I have requested a new evaluation with a professional licensed neurologist. I would not recommend this woman to anyone, especially her opinion mandating crucial life changing decisions. Her cold, direct personality is not to be desired. I have addressed this issue with appropriate agency and will follow through. Nilsa Rivera was completely out of line and out of order from the beginning of evaluation through the completion of her final results.

Nilsa Rivera was recommended to me by a work associate. I was having a differcult time with my teenager and as a single dad I was at wits end. After several sessions alone and finally with my daughter, Nilsa provided some great tools to help with our communication. Im still frustated at times but overall my daughter and I have taken postive steps to a postive and loving relationship. We wouldnt of achieve this without our working sessions. Thank you Nilsa!!!!!
