This was the worst medical experience Ive ever had. I have MS, I spend time in hospitals and doctors offices. The receptionist was lovely, efficient, and personable. The nurses Karl and some one else and the doctor, Angie Harris were wholly unprofessional, rude, and lazy. When the nurse came in with my paperwork he couldnt pronounce what was wrong. I asked what it meant and he actually said, "I dont know I had to look it up and I still dont really understand." Are you kidding me? "Take ibuprofen." Okay I was hospitalized with bleeding ulcers recently so thats not a good plan. Ill figure this out myself. This crew was awful. Waste of money. Reading the reviews about the speed and efficiency I can say this - there was NO ONE else in the facility and these people moved like molasses in January. Seriously, go ANYWHERE else for care.

DO NOT USE THEM! No problem with the staff but they billed us for an Emergency Room visit ($250.00) for two infant visits (totaling $500). After months of dealing with BCBS , Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation and Anderson Hospital billing it was determined that Anderson is allowed to charge for an emergency room visit...so they do! The total bill for both visits was about $650 and we paid nearly all of it. No, it wasnt our copay. No we dont have cheap insurance (State of Illinois). No other provider has EVER charged more than an office visit copay ($20-$30). DONT DO IT! Greedy ripoffs...

Called to see how long collinsville Urgent care would be open today (Memorial Day) and the lady had the nerve to say "well the sooner you get here the better we would like to spend time with family to" ...clearly rude and if you dont care about others health and how they feel then maybe you should learn to get a new job simple as that. Never using this place again what a joke.

Receptionist was good, no complaints... I thought the nurse was a little rude, or just didnt seem to care that much. By looking at the past reviews, I dont think they do care that much.

Bad communication from employees that caused significant confusion...something one would hope to avoid at a medical facility.
