This is absolutely without a doubt the worst family physician and pediatricians office I have ever been to. The nurse practitioner is downright rude, nasty and offensive. Their call back time is days or never, even for a sick appointment, good luck. I have had them say that they were going to call in scripts and then Id call my pharmacy and they never called them in, so I have to bug them repeatedly to make the call. I have requested that the doctor give me a return call and he refuses to do so. The wait time is forever, on average Id say I wait at least an hour every visit. They have messed up and given me the wrong dose of medications so often that they started to tell me the wrong dose was actually the right dose and acted like I was making things up, despite the fact that the pharmacy could confirm the correct dose Id been getting and was in agreement with me. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Drive-thru doctors". The practice has grown into an assembly line money maker. Fine for routine physicals and common maladies but not ongoing conditions or complex cases. Never given a record of the visit or written care instructions. Never a follow-up appointment either. If you call, you will have to wait until their scheduled early afternoon pow-wow and still have to call back again for the answer in the late afternoon leaving you to languish in your condition and delay treatment yet another day. Missed treating the entire household which aggravated and delayed our misery and made them wait for appointments. At least once when I called after hours for something urgent, the phone just rang and rang-no voice mail, no emergency number or doctor on call. The NP Leslie and Dr. Jay are my recommendations if you need to go here. The medical assistants and front desk are also excellent.

I had been a patient of theirs until I moved out of the area. My treatment during my time as a patient was followed by all three physicians. They take the time to sit with you and get down to the root of the problem you are having. I have never had a wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes. I highly recommend Doctors Jay, Hetal and Parag. Anyone who does not like to go to the doctors should go to these doctors as they not only become your physician, they become a friend.

I always feel better after an appointment. The staff is always pleasant. I switched to EFP a few years ago because my mothers Physician was not very attentive to her needs. Almost as if she was brushing aside my mothers symptoms. I couldnt begin to describe what massive positive changes Dr. Jay has helped me make in her health. He made my mother feel like a person again.
