My experience today, 3/29/13, with Nichele S. was excellent. As a long time needle phobe, I was not pleased to have to get my blood drawn. Nichele told me not to worry. She would be gentle and quick. It was beyond the best I have ever had. I not only did not feel the needle and the 4 tubes being filled and changed but it was also over within a minute. An easy,quick, non dramatic start to my day. Thank you Nichele and Glassboro Quest Lab.

WENT PERSONALLY. WAS NOT GREETED. I SPOKE FIRST. I ASKED FOR AN APPOINTMENT. WOMAN BEHIND THE DESK DID NOT RESPOND, JUST HANDED ME A BUSINESS CARD. TWO PEOPLE BEHIND DESK. NO ONE IN WAITING ROOM. WHY CANT THEY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? I WENT TO ANOTHER LAB (NOT QUEST)!
