I have a completely different experience. The staff was so nice and patient. My husband had no idea what he wanted and tried on like a hundred pairs, but they did not run out of patience. They told us honestly which pairs were of better quality, and my order came within the week despite being during the X-mas week... I would recommend them to anyone...

Staff is friendlier now than a few years ago, however something needs to be done about the phone system. 70% of the time, I get a busy signal. Time to get with the times.

Horrible service and rude staff. keep away. Took 6 weeks to receive my glasses. Called a few times but no one followed up on the order.
