I was a patient there years ago and had a bad experience with dr. richman. He was extremely rude to me on the telephone while I tried to reschedule an appointment. I have just learned that his arrogance is still in tact! My sister had an eye emergency and called the office. (I did not refer her to him) He answered and was condescending to her. She was in extreme pain and had visited the office earlier that day. Her vision was getting worse and she was very scared. His disregard of her feelings was unacceptable. I would NEVER refer him to anyone.

Dr. Richman has been excellent treating my son, who is autistic, developmentally delayed and non-verbal. He has always been very patient and understanding with him. Whenever I have had an issue he is always willing to see my son immediately. I would highly recommend him.
