I have only been with this office for about 8 or 9 months, and its just been an overall terrible experience. First off, I have never even met the actual doctor. Secondly, Ive had 3 appointments, all of which have been way late, and two of which were an HOUR or more beyond the scheduled time. The most recent appointment, the FNP then hurried me out because she had dinner plans. Third, I was seeing their other FNP who is now out on maternity leave (she was good overall), however she was working on a script for my migraines. Non-narcotic, but uncommon. Its a script that must be e-scripted to the pharmaceutical company directly. She was for it, after we have tried several other things that have failed, and was working on it -- but left before she completed it. So I requested the new FNP to work on it, and they called back with a snotty attitude and says she doesnt write that script (its literally a non-narcotic.....). Even though they did acknowledge that my chart had it documented that we were working on getting this script in place. Last, I had an MRI done, and had the results sent to me personally because of the lackadaisical nature of the office. They called me about 2 weeks later with their results (which do have some findings that I dont understand, so to the degree of severity, I cannot speak). She left a message, and I returned it. She didnt call back again for another 2-3 weeks, and said I never returned *her* call. Not only have I returned her call since, Ive called MULTIPLE times, half the time, get no answer, or I leave a message, or I get someone only to be sent to a voicemail, or that the nurse has gone home. They clearly need more hands-on help. I dont care how good the actual doctor whom Ive never met is. You cant run an operation without having people there to actually do the work. I am beyond frustrated with this office, and will be leaving. I still havent heard back from the nurse regarding their thoughts on the results of my two recent tests.

I would have to say when you do get a hold of them they are great! But calling to make an appointment seems impossible. Ive called and called every hour trying to make and important appointment and every time I call the phone just rings and rings! They dont seem to pick up and it always goes to a voicemail! And as it goes to voicemail I leave a message stating what is going on and that I need an appointment asap I never get a call back! I find it to be complete bullshit that it has now been 4-5 days for trying to make an appointment!

I use Ryan Family Medicine for my entire family (me, husband, 6 and 2 year old children), and we could not be happier with their care. They take the time to listen and do not jump to medicate for things that can be treated in other ways first.
