Needs a negative star rating. I was warned about this place, but, stupidly I didnt listen. I figured it was an exaggerated statement. Boy, wish I had listened. I wont go into details, because, you probably wouldnt believe them any more than I did. Ill just say, that after seven weeks of trying to get my prescriptions filled, I was dismissed as being combative, after filing 2 reports against them with the insurance company, 1 repot with the NYS health department, and was moving towards a medical malpractice suit. I have a friend who had the same problem (and anyone you ask in the waiting room), and when she went ham on them, they classified her as having mental hygiene issues, on her permanent medical record. Oh, and if you do ignore the warnings, and decide you want to leave, after the fact... Make sure you get all your medical records, before they put you on their s**t list, or, your records will somehow get lost.

This place is awful. I took my son there for thinking he had bronchitis, the doctor said no he has asthma. Gives me a prescription and says come back in 2 weeks. I come back and the same doctor says " why do you think he has asthma? Why did you make a follow up?" She was extremely nasty to not only me but my son as well.

Got there first thing in the am with nausea , pounding headache cold sweats. They were taking people before me . Terrible experience
