First experience here was a good one, the woman at the desk was very friendly and accommodating, she filled me in on the wellness money saving plan & coverage options, once I met with Dr. Baldwin for a check up on my rescue dog Rocky who is a black lab/beagle mix she informed me last hope In wantagh gave him all shots and vaccinations except for one which protected against cat and raccoon urine around my house, I was very happy I got that shot for him, she finished giving him a thorough examination and I fell in love with my dog, very happy hes healthy and I think I found my Doctor for our new family member!

Poor costumer service they constant change your appt once its scheduled either the doctor has emergency or can you come in a different time and when you change the appt. and work with them they act like they cant accommodate you with the time you are available after you accommodated them with there changed appts last min . And schedule.... Ever since I started to come here its been a ongoing cycle.. Would not recommend this location!!!! If this keeps up I have to find another location or another insurance provider

When someone was there they were very thorough, almost too much. I believe it was a money making visit. After repeated phone calls and stop ins to talk to vet and no response I dont know what is going on.. The online pet pharmacy has been trying to get ok to send meds but no response. What is going on there??? Are they open and is anyone responsible for this particular location? They need to come clean if they are not doing business so patients can make other arrangements!!

My brother recently had to put his very ill cat to sleep. .the vet and all the staff were amazingly nice, compassionate, helpful and informative. She explained every step of the process with feeling and patience. .we did not feel rushed at all and gave us plenty of time to sit with our cat and spend a meaningful time to grieve. ..we are very thankful to them ..i would highly recommend taking your animal here, if the need arises

They staff are very polite, courteous, and accommodating . Love this place! The Vets and technicians are very knowledgeable and caring. Im very satisfied with the medical care my puppy has received and also the loving manner in which the entire staff delivered that care....puppy is doing well !

We arrived less than 10 minutes late from a soccer game and they pushed us back 90 minutes on a Sunday saying they had an emergency while we heard loud laughs and small talk. We LITERALLY were there JUST for a vaccine. One shot. Have fun coming here, btw Im still waiting to be seen.

Had an appointment scheduled, 2 days before confirmed the appointment, got a phone call the day before the appointment with an excuse that they were closing early and could not accommodate my appointment. First time bringing the puppy to a vet. NOT NICE!!!!!

I think the most important review should concentrate on how they treated your pet, not how long YOU had to wait or if YOUR appointment was rescheduled. How are the doctors? Are they knowledgeable and did they solve your pets issues?
