I consulted with Dr. Feinman after my raw food distributor recommended him. While my dogs seemed physically healthy, they had some behavioral issues that training just didnt seem to resolve. I have come to understand that true health means that balance exists on every level - physical, mental and emotional. I had read that over-vaccination could cause all sorts of health problems in dogs but not until Dr. Feinmans initial diagnosis of my older dog did I realize that many of her seemingly neurotic and compulsive behaviors were in fact due to rabies vaccinosis. Before coming to Dr. Jeff I consulted with traditional vets and trainers to try to help her. They recommended Prozac and punitive training methods. I refused both options. With homeopathic treatment under Dr. Feinmans guidance, her negative behaviors have lessened and she is maintaining equilibrium, making both of us much happier. My dogs have been virtually drug free since we started seeing Dr. Feinman over four years ago. During this time when issues like UTIs, stiffness in the limbs, or even fleas have cropped up in either or both of my dogs, a simple, inexpensive remedy has cleared it up quickly and without invasive treatments like pesticides that go into the bloodstream or antibiotics, which wreak havoc on the digestive system. I never have to worry about trying to counteract the effects of drugs by using either more drugs, digestive aids like Pepcid (that I would never even use myself), different food or supplements should they experience an upset of any kind. I have seen first hand how the body can work to heal itself given the right remedy to encourage balance. My senior dogs aged 10 and 12 are thriving and happy. Working with Dr. Feinman is easy. Although I live in New Jersey I can meet with him by phone at my convenience. If I cant find the remedy he recommends at the health food store, he mails it to me. By using homeopathy I have a direct role in helping my dogs stay as healthy as possible. I prefer to be actively engaged in this process, which is not an option with traditional veterinary care. Dr. Jeffs website offers a wealth of information on homeopathy and true holistic care for pets. I suggest that anyone on the fence or confused about what homeopathy is or what it can do, read the articles and participate in the forums. Dont wait until your pet is ill to try "alternative" healthcare. Start early to encourage good health from the start. Dr. Feinman is compassionate, patient, and thorough. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Jeff is wonderful! When we rescued our dog, Seymour, he was in terrible shape. He was eventually diagnosed with stress induced colitis. Seymour was hospitalized several times, and constantly was vomiting and/or having diarrhea with blood in it. He also was filled with a great deal of anxiety. I did everything I could to help him – hes on a raw food diet, hes been to an alternative vet who does acupuncture and mainly prescribes herbal remedies, and I was administering medication and remedies on a daily basis. There was a point that I even considered putting him to sleep. I heard about Dr. Jeff from one of the raw food groups I was part of, and even though I had little faith in homeopathy, I finally decided to give it a try, because I was desperate. It was a lot of effort on my part, but it was totally worth it. I had to write an entire medical/behavioral history of Seymour and I also had to gather all of his veterinarian documentation and send it to Dr. Jeff. We live in California, so all of our appointments have been via phone. After my first appointment with Dr. Jeff, he determined the remedy to use and mailed it to me. After the first dosing, Seymours behavior and tummy troubles got much better. Seymour has since become my Service Dog, and even though he still gets nervous in certain situations, he went from a miserable dog to a happy dog that now helps me. I tell people that I rescued him and now he rescues me. He has not had any blood in his stools or vomit, and he has only vomited a few times over the past year or so since working with Dr. Jeff. Dr. Jeff and I are now working on trying to improve upon Seymours remaining symptoms, which mainly have to do with being nervous during certain situations. One thing that is great is that Dr. Jeff is almost always available. I e-mail him with an update or a question/concern, and he e-mails me back with what I need to do next – even on the weekends. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeff to anyone.

"When you know better, you do better." [Maya Angelou] I dont know where to start so Ill start at the end. I have a happier, much healthier dog since following a respected friends advice to call Dr. Jeff Feinman. Now, Im sold on homeopathy. By the time we contacted Dr. Jeff, multiple diagnostic tests had been done to rule out a plethora of conditions and still my rescue dog was sick more often than not. I had already switched to a holistic [local] veterinarian and she had just suggested considering an ultrasound and biopsy because we needed solid answers. It was a good and logical next step but it didnt resonate because then what? She supported my decision to consult with a homeopath [who lives three thousand miles away!]. I cancelled the ultrasound appointment and made the phone call that would forever change the direction of my dogs health: I called Dr. Jeff and thus began my dogs road to recovery via homeopathy. His extensive training, knowledge base and experience were life-saving for my suffering little girl. He thoroughly reviewed and clarified my dogs history starting with the day she joined our family. I liked that he provided us with templates and tools from intake to continuing to collect and report data. With his background and work in research, Dr. Jeff showed me the best ways to collect unbiased data. [His C.V. is impressive!] While it is not my nature not to look everything up, he explained the importance of unbiased data in this process. Because of the source of the referral, because it made sense, and because nothing else had worked, I decided to go on faith and put my full trust in Dr. Jeff. It was a good decision. Watching the progression of my very dear four-legged friends journey to a healthy life has been uplifting for all of us. Thank you Dr. Jeff!

We decided to pursue homeopathic medicine for our dogs liver disease when conventional treatments werent yielding results and we believe were actually making him sicker. Dr. Jeff came highly recommended to us, so we made the drive down to Connecticut from Boston for our first appointment. I did not know much about homeopathic medicine but soon learned that it takes careful listening, observation, record-keeping, and patience. Dr. Jeff has all of these skills in spades, so we could tell we were in very capable hands. We committed to the process of log-keeping, observing any and all changes in our dog (physical, emotional, and behavioral), and reporting regularly to Dr. Jeff, and we have been quite impressed with the changes weve seen. Sometimes the changes dont alway seem "good" initially, but they reveal valuable information about the healing progress we are making and help inform next steps. We have been with Dr. Jeff for over a year and a half, and our dog is doing quite well, physically and behaviorally. He is off all but one of his conventional suppressive medications, and we have been able to decrease the final one to nearly nothing and hope to be off that soon as well. Dr. Jeff is responsive to our email updates, available for phone consults, a wealth of knowledge, and a pleasure to speak with. We have never second-guessed our decision to follow this path, as we know that in the long run it is the best thing for our dogs well-being and health. We highly recommend Dr. Jeff.
