All I can say is run away as fast as you can! My sister inlaw was a patient here for a short time (thank goodness)The treatment that her and her family received was just horrible. My wife has been a nurse for over thirty years and could not believe the things that went on in this place. From the lack of security to the disbelief of the conditions. My poor sister inlaw had to sit and wait for an hour and thirty five minutes for her pain medicine which was way over due. When she developed a bedsore they told my niece it was just a blister. Pain medication was left sitting on the bedside table. We came there one morning at 5:30am and were able to just walk into the building. The alarm bells went off but no one came to see we just walked in. This place is not in the best of neighborhoods either. The only positive thing I can say about it is that the physical theraphy department was excellent. The care and concern those people showed was beyond words. They could not have been more caring. The way the staff spoke to my niece on the last day there was just trouble. Rushing them to get out complaining about them, how unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone as far as Im concerned it should be shut down. Animals get treated better than my family did.

My boyfriend is staying there since March hes the youngest one there, the staffs are horrible they dont care for the patients they mistreat the elderly, most of the nurses aides are Haitians and they very mean to the patients the bathroom are horrible, they lose your laundry, the food is not fit for animals. Honestly this place needs to shutdown, Ross nursing home staffs DO NOT have any compassion towards their patients. It aches me to see how they mistreate the elderly, no elderly should be mistreated. They dont care for anyone just hungry for insurance money. Pleased if you are coming from South Side hospital please tell them to send you else where, PLEASE do your research for a much better nursing homes with better ratings.

Love the rehab at Ross! My therapists made sessions fun and exciting, even though it was tough at times. I made a few good friends during my stay and still keep in touch. My last day I remember the staff coming to say goodbye and giving me hugs. Ross is truly my second family and I wouldnt be home today if it werent for them.

The front deal staff is nasty and rude. This place just got bought by a new company and this is the staff they pick? Avoid!! They have no professionalism, which sucks for the PTs and PTs because they did a great job but wont have one for long if they have the rest of the staff being rude.

Not happy at all I called to find out what room my relative was placed in and they put me on hold for 5 minutes. I got disconnected and called back and yet the same thing on hold for another 5 minutes. Guess I will have to drive out there and find out

Really happy I sent my mother to Ross for rehab. The staff took excellent care of her and she returned back home in tip top shape. Cant thank Meggin from rehab enough for encouraging my mother every day in therapy. She still talks about her!
