For some reason when you call this place they answer "Hello" so you have no idea whether you are calling a business or a personal cell phone or a garage. There is no professional greeting when you call after hours to let you know the hours or directions, when the optometrist is in...etc. When I called last week they answered with "what?" After that the conversation was somewhat friendly but they seemed to believe you would know all the answers to your questions beforehand. Odd, but Ill try them anyway since they are very close to my house and the selection seems pretty good.

Bought my glasses from Bronx Vision Center and I am highly satisfied with them. The doctor and the opticians were very informative they both were thorough and answered all my questions. The variety of their eye-wear was enormous such as Versace, Gucci, Dita, and many more. I would highly recommend this optical to all family and friends. People were friendly until it was time to pick up my glasses, then they acted like I was bothering them. Glasses took much longer than initially told. Theres need for them in the neighborhood so I hope they improve in how they assist their customers.
