The worst dental experience in my life.Had a bad tooth when in by the time I filled out all the paperwork I couldnt see for the pain, and it was suppose to be an emergency. 3 hrs later they called me into the back, were they had about 10 rooms with people all in there chair waiting for the doc.while outside about30 people standing room only .Thats when I asked how many dentists they had to my surprise only 1. And the thought came to me of an slaughterhouse. That what it was.all the hygienists preparing the meat, while one f@#king dentist is going from room to room. oh and by the way they send me to see another dentists next day without even a pill or painkiller.

The worst. Not only did I pay 137 dollars out of pocket in this place with metro plus insurance. The vibe of this place didnt feel right. I didnt get a proper cleaning. They only cleaned and scrapped in between my teeth and didnt even shine or cleaned my actual teeth. I rinsed out with water only, usually theyll give you water and mouth wash to rinse out. Took 2 Xrays. All of that for 137. I left that place the same way I came in. Really unprofessional staff. At the end, dentist told me I have one cavity. Sure enough wont ever return to that place.

Very rude receptionists. They receive a phone call from a patient & after they hang up they make jokes about the call .. Or throw little rude comments. One of the receptionist even made a comment out loud about a kid that was crying in the back room. & asked "why do they even cry like that" very unprofessional. Kids cry because theyre scared. People have to be careful who they hire.

they give you an appointment for month later. They dont give reminder call. They dont confirm your appointment the day before. And they open at 10am but no one answers the phone for 10am-10:30am sometimes an hour later. The receptionist is very rude.

Please dont ever go there this place is horrible The girls at the front desk are just simply rude. The dentist I met was just unprofessional and rude she was on the phone for at least 15 min before starting my consultation

the nurse who takes the x-ray she touched the wall every time went out to push the bottom with gloves to protect herself the wall had blood of other patients and she saw it Only God I trust.
