This is the worst place you could ever go to. It took them 2months to order the lenses while in other places, it would only take 2 weeks. Then one year ago, I ordered a pair of high-index lenses. I came back here to get new lenses this year. That guy just hates me, and he distainfully said "oh, this is a pair of normal lenses, i thought you would have order high-index." I am like WTF? I paid 150 dollars for this and you told me this is fraudulent deal? Ok thanks, at least you were honest for the first time. Those people dont know what is service. Everytime they had to yell at you instead of talking. In addition, they never answer your questions. They just talked about something else when you ask them anything! This is the end of the world to me!

So my mom was in need of new eyeglasses and I found this place through her insurance program. The staff was very friendly from the time I called for information and also during my visit to there store. They also have a large variety of eyeglass frames in many popular brands but mom opt for a basic pair. There is also a representative that will assist you in figuring out what your insurance company will cover. I was very pleased with there service of my mom and I plan to return for my own needs in the near future.

Jinx Temptation

Im a long time customer of them (around ten years) and they keep pushing the amount of time that I can get my glasses done. First they said January then February and now April. I suffer from immense migraines if I do not wear my eyeglasses when on the computer/phone/other forms of technology. I am highly unsatisfied and they are losing at least three customers due to the attitude of the woman with the short black hair. I highly recommend that you do not use this eye doctor.

What separates this place from other places is that it is owned and operated by two licensed Optometrist Doctors and not by Optician who subcontract Doctors with unknown experience or background. They also have experienced office manager who oversees the daily operation of the shop. I give this place 5 stars.

This place is an decent Eyeglass shop on Avenue U Bklyn, Everybody that works there are very helpful and considerate towards the customers plus they have a good selection of glasses to choose from, but a word of advice make sure they give you the right prescription
