The Kofinas Fertility Institute came highly recommended by our gynecologist. We couldnt be happier that we chose them! At our initial meeting with Dr. Kofinas, he made my husband & I feel confident that we would have "as many babies as we want." He was right & we are expecting our first child next year! The entire team of doctors is one of a kind. They are knowledgable as well as professional. Dr. B, Dr. Montes, Dr. Narine, Dr. Kofinas Sr. as well as Jr. were all spectacular. They were caring, never made us feel rushed, were always very attentive & answered all of our questions thoroughly. The staff is also incredible! They are kind, helpful & comforting. No matter how many times I called, they always assured me that they were there if we ever needed anything. They truly make you feel like youre their priority which is very special. I had the pleasure of interacting most with Roseanne who was amazing! She is excellent at what she does & doesnt make you feel like youre just another patient. Sadie, Beata, Neo, Maria...were all great. The Fertility Institute became our second family & during this emotional journey, it was exactly what we needed. I was recommended by a former staff member (who of course left on great terms) and no one there was aware until recently. I have found their staff and physicians to be professional, caring, and ever so patient. Their flexible after hours made it so much easier for me to schedule and keep my appointments without having to interfere with my job. I am extremely pleased with having visited this facility. My only concern and the reason why I only gave them 4 stars is because I was under the impression that I would be seeing Dr.Kofinas and there was only one brief, literally 2 min. encounter with him. A bit disappointed but the staffs friendly smile and patient demeanor made up for it. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

I wouldnt have my two children if it werent for Dr. Kofinas and Dr. Montes. At every appointment the Drs always took their time to explain the process, how each cycle was going, and next steps. I also thought the staff was great as well as the office teams. The office staff helped me with the many insurance questions I had. They recommend submitting claims even when I was told my insurance doesnt cover it and sure enough my Health Insurance ended paying for a majority of the procedures.

Horrible staff incompetent RUDE and not FREINDLY, However the Doctors were good although I never met Dr. Kofinas I asked numerous times, not even sure if he exsist.... Make sure you double check with your Insurance if you are covered. I was giving unnecessary test; medicine that did not work which was extremely expensive. Certainly received the short end of the stick!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful pace if you are having trouble conceiving. Thirty ate very caring and attentive. My wife hat never felt more comfortable around medical staff then here.
