We were referred to this so called "doctor" by our pediatrician. Though we knew he doesnt specialize in kids dermatology, we took our daughter (2 years old) to him as we had no other choice (his office was the only office open at that time). The minute i opened the door to his office -i was stunned by the size of the waiting room and by the amount of patients waiting in the waiting area. No exaggeration over 30 people in a 10 x 10 room. But I was determined to have my daughter looked at. So after filing out the necessary paperwork i politely asked one the receptionists what the wait time was like. Not only did she looked at me like i had 4 heads, she decided that it was ok for her to "bark" at me. I bit my tongue, took my daughter and pushed my way to the door. We waited for over an hour for PA to call our name. Little did we know it was all for nothing. Let me just say that my daughter is an amazing little girl, happy and all of the above. My little trooper. In the last few months, shes been seen by soooo many doctors - its unreal. But not ONCE did she get scared nor did she get irritated around any of the doctors (real doctors). The second she saw this "Dr. Berry" she became cranky and moody. Long story short ... this "doctor" wouldnt even let me explain what brought us to his office. He kept interrupting my husband and myself. He belittled us. I nicely asked this *&^% to listen and allow me to give him all the details. He continued to interrupt me. Whats even more disturbing is that he had this disgusting smirk on his face. After few attempts to speak... i got extremely irritated and walked out of that horrible office. Not only did i wait over an hour to see this jerk, i paid almost $200 for this visit and this the treatment i get???? *&^$ you you a*&hole. Not only WILL I NOT recommend this doctor, i will make sure to bash him on every corner. p.s. the minute we were out of that disgusting office, my daughter was back to her normal self (happy and full of energy).

RUDE DOCTOR, NEVER MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. I HAD REALLY BAD acne and every time i went in him and his staff would give me a look like WTF. seriously i thought their used to seeing acne sufferers every day why make me seem like im some gross monster. anyways he wasnt able to cure my acne i went to him for months maybe a year, no results he was prescribing things that made it worse and caused me to temporarily have rosacea. The wait time was never under 2hours. he did have one assistant who was very kind and never made me feel like i was ugly but made me feel like she really wanted to help my issue she was indian i cant remember her name, she wasnt there often though maybe for 3 visits then i never seen her again. The rest of his staff was not caring or trying to help me they just gave me diry looks mind you i was only a teenager. i am now 99.9 % acne free all i did was change my diet and use a clarisonic every other day in the shower. dr berry is not the nicest man he always gave slick mouth attitude as if i was supposed to know certain things already in reference to doctor stuff. like hello im a kid please explain. i honestly hated waiting by that office not one store around you just go and wait for hours until someone calls you. would not reccommend this doctor and his practice to anyone

FIRST OFF, DR. BERRY SAVED MY LIFE!!!!! Dr. Berry may be over cautious at times but its for all the RIGHT reasons. I was only 25 years old with olive colored skin and very rarely got sunburns from the sun. I noticed a tiny looking skin tab on the top of my forehead so I went to Dr. Berry to get it removed. When he saw it he insisted to do a biopsy just to make sure that it wasnt something else is what he said. Well thank G-d he did that biopsy because it turned out that what I thought was a minor skin tab turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma aka skin cancer. He then scheduled me to have this cancer tab on my face to be removed by one of the best laser skin (mohs) surgeon I ever met in my life. The surgeon removed the basal cell from my forehead (painlessly) and stiched my forehead so well that I can proudly say I have no scar on my face. If I didnt go to Dr. Berry and have that surgery the skin cancer could have spread and I would not be alive today at 36 years old!

I visited Dr.Berrys office and was initially put of by the number of people in the waiting area. However, I quickly realized that many were elderly or disabled with someone assisting them. The wait was approx 1/2 hr. I was seen by the Dr. who gave me a thorough investigative screening and decided to do a biopcy on two of the spots on my skin. I decided to write about this because prior to seeing the Dr. Berry I read the reviews and was not very comfortable seeing him but did keep my appointment since he was recommanded by my gp.The professionalism and care shown to me were excellent. I found the staff very curteous, the offices very clean, and a general atmosphere of concern for the patients wealthfare. Seeing the concern on my face the Dr. tried humor to relax me. I could have mistaken it for lack of caring but to the contrary his attentivness spoke for itself.

The Doctor was extremely rude. Ive been seeing a physicians assistant until today when the P.A. asked the Doctor for his opinion. The Doctor appeared annoyed by me asking if he could remove something from my face. He snatched the notes in my file and began to read the notes without closing the door to the examination room. I HAD TO close the door to prevent other patients from hearing my medical information. Doctor was extremely sarcastic and rolled his eyes the entire time he read the notes from my file. He completed his sentence and left the room in an extremely rude and condescending manner. I will never return to give a 20.00 copay plus my medical insurance to this rude and unprofessional individual..

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Berry (whenever necessary) for over 30 years. I was a kid when I started seeing him and he treated me kindly and professionaly with expert results and my parents always trusted him. Now, as an adult, my wife and I both go to Drs Michael and Richard Berry with equal confidence. Sure, the office is always packed, but what does that tell you about the quality of the care being offered? Do you want to go to a doctor who always has an empty office? These men are worth the wait. If they are not the specialists you need, you should consult your primary care physician or your HMO or perhaps ask some friends for a reference. I would recommend the Doctors Berry anytime!

MY husband was there also with me, he paid for this appointment and THE DOCTOR said : I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR TODAY, come in a week. but he has to pay for another visit again ( I asked about it the stuff) !!! OF COURSE Im going to file a clime against this "doctor" .
