I am meticulous when it comes to doctors and dentists for my kids. Dr Guo is the 3rd pediatric dentist we tried. The 2 others did not meet my expectations. The chinese staff here are patient and warm, they speak both English & Chinese. My daughter Francine has not been very cooperative with dental wrk but they were able to get things done the best they could. Now, she does not cry anymore when going to the dentist. I saw how Dr Guo worked with efficiency... fast and skilled. Clean and modern clinic with toys, tv in every room & cartoons that kids like. Be there early for an appointment as you have to look for street parking.

I recently took my daughter for a shedule Appointment and the service and staff was very inexperienced and unprofessional and after having a preauthorization from my plan and being at the office for over 45 minutes and calling customer service on several occasions the bundling idiots still could not figure out the next step .they have no respect for peoples times. Awful service

I am Selina Chen has two brother and my brother Benny got 2 tooth pulled out and Jason got a shot in his tooth they did not cry what a great dentist appointment Would want to rate a 999,999,999,9999,9999,999 if I could WHAT A VERY GREAT DENTIST CANT DEAL WITHOUT YOU.

This is the first time we take our daughter to see the dentist. The male dentist take his time to explain all the questions we have, didnt make us feel rushed. He is prompt, accurate, and courteous. Using his unquie to finish the procedure. They also reward my daughter with gift to encourage her. It is a blessing can find this dentist.

Cool place. Clean and friendly dentist working on the kids. My friends kids came out of the dentist office smiling. How come I never had such cool dentists when I was little? Couldnt help but asked them if theyd see adult patients. lol. Told my brothers about this dentist and suggested that they take my niece and nephews there.

Front desk ladies where amazing and the doctors assistances where so nice and caring. But the doctor was just so bad screaming at a 3 year old, I understand the doctor is just trying to do his job as fast as possible for a toddler but to start screaming at her while shes already scared and in pain is horrible.

Took my 5 years old son for his first dental appointment, and the doctor was amazing. My son was scared at beginning cause its his first time, but everything went well after all. The front desk and the assistants were nice, and my son also got his toy and he was happy. Great first dental experience!!!

Highly Recommended! The place is colorful,clean then make my 2 kids feel very comfortable! Dr.amy has a lot patient to the kids & the staff is friendly. My daughter told me that she would recommend her classmates to go there! Great doctor & great staff!

Horrible, just horrible. I had appointment at 11am and sat there for an hour but they still havent call my kids name. The person in front of me already complain about waiting for 2 hours. They overbook themselves to make more money. This is bad

Stopped in for an emergency visit for my nephew. The receptionist was very nice and I was able to get time with Dr. Guo quickly. Shes great with kids - no pain or fussiness at all. Definitely recommend her for everyone.
