Im suing this place my poor son was misdiagnosed he has tooth decay, needs fillings and his tooth alignment needs correction in other words he needs braces, and other services. When i took my son he told me he was in an ugly duckling phase and his teeth were fine when he should have been referred for braces a long time ago how can an experienced dentist miss that ? That is absolute malpractice. The dentist is a quack and im working my hardest to get them shut down. I have already reported them to the health department and a law suit is in pursuit. My son as well as myself have been going to this dentist for a while and each time he says everything is fine all he cares about is charging the insurance his staff are very ghetto and rude Im sure they dont have degrees. The receptionist had the nerve to laugh about the situation when I spoke with her very rude and uneducated woman. Its a shame I hope no parent has to ever go through this please whatever you do dont go to this place they will literally kill you because the dentist has 0 knowledge in dentistry and only cleans peoples teeth. Please help shut this place down if more people report them to the health department the easier it is to close the business down.

So today was my first and last time going to this establishment. First off I had an scheduled appointment for both of my children. I expect if u have an appointment your suppose to be seen in a timely matter. Second, we was in this place for about five hours and since I came there no patients wasnt seen until about the last to hours of the place closing which made no sense to me. So the first three hours I waited as the dentist and nurses chilled, eating. Then they finally called my son and did a xray of his teeth then we had to wait for another hour for them to call both my kids to the room as we waited for the dentist to come. Then the nurse comes talking about the dentist has to leave and I have to reschedule my appointment. I was beyond pissed off as they basically wasted my time and my kids time. Got all my paper work I filled out and left. Will not be going back and I do not recommend this place at all. There very unprofessional and do not care about their patients. With places like this its all about getting that insurance money.

I was asking the Dr questions about the cavities in my teeth he said I had and he was exhibiting emotions of frustration, annoyance, and impatience. He complained that he didnt have time to explain to me anything, that I should trust his words, and that he has other people to take care of . I then told him to finish taking care of me then he can reach his next client and he wasnt hearing that. I dont recommend anybody to go here because of his character. Idk how long this Dr has been working at this location (he looks very young), but this is a job for a mature adult who can balance themselves emotionally and maneuver through a busy day with compassion and nurturing abilities and build friendly bonds. Not just rush through people and quickly kick them out when they ask questions about the problems of their dental hygiene that seem to annoy you. Youre a Doctor! Of course Questions will be asked!

I will never go there again. The dentist was very rude and could care less if i was experiencing discomfort while she was cleaning my teeth. Didnt explain anything to me, instead told me exactly what i was going to do. After declining any further treatment from their establishment I went across the street and discovered a jewel. I recommend anyone in search of a professional dentist go across the street.

Literally worst dentist place I have been to... I go to this dentist because its close by. but if you can, avoid it!! Super unprofessional and rude. I do not know where they got these people from. The workers are extremely street and looking like they dropped out of high school or college. They are so useless. SUPER LONG WAIT. COME READY TO SPEND A DAY THERE OR WAIT FOR 2 HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME.

This place is horrible. Watched the only 2 dentists go to lunch at 3 pm and I had a 2 pm appt. Its 3:30 and im still sitting here. I waited an hour and havent been seen. When he finally shows he has no care for my discomfort. Wont be coming back here

Im sorry I moved .. The dentist and staff are kind they took care of me and my children for years,just keep your appointments you wont have to worry about emergency visits or waiting .. Be true to your teeth or they shall be false to you!!

I do not recommend this company dentist, today I went for the first time and not even saw the dentist only talk to the receptionist and she tells me with attitude that I went once and call my insurance to change dentists.

This place is horrible i had a 10:30 appointment and i was seen at 1:00 pm everyone is talking eating drinking coffee relaxing Im never coming back to this place I had to get off the chair and I left.
