Хотел поделиться впечатлениями от посещения данного заведения. Сегодня пришел в оптику, чтобы заказать себе очки по рецепту и по страховке FIDELIS(до этого наслушался рекламы по Дэвидзон Радио о роскошном и доброжелательном отношении Vison Palase к своим посетителям). Встретил меня парень помятой и недоброжелательной наружности, который начал разговор в агрессивной манере(мне показалось что я ему что-то должен).Затем узнав что я не собираюсь дополнительно что-то покупать вообще опустился до откровенного хамства, что побудило меня уйти из этого дворца. Может этот парень сын хозяев и поэтому он себе так позволяет разговаривать с клиентами, тогда с таким подходом они долго не продержаться, а если это наёмный работник тогда его надо гнать "поганной" метлой за такое обслуживание. Хочу отметить, что во дворце особого ажиотажа я не увидел, более того там вообще было пусто. Ну так вот я сделал вывод что это не Дворец Зрения, а Дворец совкового Хамства и советую всем обходить данное заведение стороной, чтобы сберечь свое зрение и здоровья. Обслуживание оцениваю минус 5 звёзд.

I solely came here because of the establishments advertisement, which explicitly stated one could purchase two frames for 80 dollars (including frames from big brands like Gucci). When I asked about this offer, a man showed me a row of 30 hideous frames that no one in their right mind would wear. IN ADDITION, none of them were from top brands. The man claimed all the frames looked fine and shrugged off any other inquiries. In short, DO NOT trust any of the advertisements released by this place. They are exaggerated and intended to coerce you into visiting. Secondly, the employees there were VERY rude. The first lady I spoke to asked for my date of birth, which I gave in numerical form. She asked me to spell it out, which I did very clearly. After a third unsuccessful attempt, she began speaking in a patronizing tone. For the rest of the talk, she spoke to me like I was a kindergarten dropout, although my English was better than her incomprehensible mumbling. The man we spoke to about the "2 Frames for 80 Deal" spoke in a similar fashion. All in all, if youre expecting quality, youre not getting it here. I took my prescription from the eye doctor and am planning on purchasing everything online, where frames and lenses are a whole lot cheaper. I recommend you do the same.

Made an appointment for me and my daughter. Over the phone they said they accept VSP as insurance but when I arrived they started to negotiate how much they will cover for the eye exam, frame and the lenses in the mean time my insurance covers $300 frames and $150 lenses with exam being free. He wanted to give $150 discount for frame and wanted me to pay for exam and lenses. His explanation was that how they except VSP. I am sure they pocket rest of the money. I will not recommend this place due to their bait and switch plus dishonest business practice.

Went in here to get a pair of sunglasses. The first sales girl was helpful and friendly...but after returning with my wife and the sun glasses I had to get a similar pair, we were (barely) greeted with a gentleman who couldnt be bothered by us trying to figure out what we wanted or what was best for us. Furthermore, our thoughts on what we wanted were the cheapest model and really not worth explaining to us. All this was accomplished without any eye contact whatsoever. Strong work.

I got a pair of Silhouette glasses two weeks ago. Ive always hated wearing glasses, but these are absolutely amazing. I have to commend the staff for finding such a perfect fit and preparing the glasses on such short notice. They also put prescription lenses into my sunglasses a while ago. I have to say, this new pair has really improved the quality of my daily life, and I feel like theyre not even there.

Doctor and staff are great. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Order glasses for my 2 kids and me. I am completely disagreeing with a previous review. It is a coincident that my name is Lena to. I think you as a customer have to be friendly as soon as you walked in to the place where you expected to receive a service, and then you will get the same respond back. This is my opinion. Smile is a MAGIC.

After getting my prescription glasses at Vision Palace on Ave U, I felt pretty dumb when I realized I could have come to this place years earlier and been getting service at other places for twice the price and awful service instead. I simply didnt know it could be THIS great))) Saved time and money getting my glasses in less then 2 hrs. Keep up the good work, guys! Thank you

Wont come back to them. When the time came to choose reading glasses, the guy working there made me feel like i was taking up his time and ignored me. I requested copies from my file and headed off to a different place. The reason why I am giving them a three star rating is because, the doctor on sight there is a very good optometrist. She was careful and took her time.

I hate this place. They practically forced me to get a certain type of glasses just because I was young. They convinced my parents that the glasses were strong. Oh please. I broke it in three months. Go to Chinatown for glasses!
