Went in there as a new customer walked in the one lady looked staight in my face an said NOTHING. No we will be right with you NOTHING. Then you have two ppl helping one customer while the waiting room is PACKED. Then I told the short spanish chick, "you guys are supposed to acknowledge ppl when they come in" she RUDELY replied "I didnt see you I was helping a customer" im like it takes two of yall to help one person..I kindly walked OUT OF THERE its 5000 eye glass places in Buffalo I can patronize.. WONT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND that place

I have been going to this location for years. When I went in recently the optician he was great but the staff doing the billing were very unfriendly. Im not too sure if it was due to racism or overall unhappiness in their profession. The young male that adjusted my glasses was very uptight and dismissive of my son and I. I referred a friend here in the past, but he and I will no longer support this business.

Great experience as a first time client. The Dr. answered all my questions and his staff was super friendly and helped me pick my frames out without being overwhelming, just genuinely helping and I ended up picking the choice they showed me. Im really glad I found him through online reviews because I will definitely be back for future eye exams and glasses/contacts.

I just had my 1st appointment at Eyes Downtown and I absolutely loved it. Dr. Bob was so nice and informative. The staff made me feel completely comfortable, greeted me instantly and I was in and out in less than an hour with a complete exam and fitting. And the office itself was stylish and comfortable..... I highly recommend

Dr is awesome and simply amazing. His staff helped me out finding the perfect frame and when I had the meeting with Dr Bob he took his time with me and suggested I keep my existing prescription. Great guy.
