I will not be taking any of my animals back to this veterinarian. After only two visits, my four month old puppy was scared to even walk in the front door. This most recent visit, there was fresh blood left on the floor of the exam room from a previous dog which I discovered after setting my puppy down on the floor. In addition, his rabies shot was incorrectly administered resulting in him screaming and limping on the leg in which it was injected. I would also like to add that I have never been to a clinic where the shots were not administered by the vet, only vet techs. I then had to wait about 10 minutes to be checked out by the receptionist and then the rabies paperwork was incorrect. Horrible experience. Do not appreciate being talked down or having to come home to bathe my dog because he had been walking through the blood of another animal. The staff was incredibly incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. If you do not like animals perhaps you should not work in a veterinary office.

I cant say enough about how great Animal Hospitable is. We recently made the decision to put down our beloved cat. This was a difficult decision for us to make. The level of care we were given by the staff here was incredible. They were very understanding and compassionate. They provided a few small, personal touches that were very thoughtful and appreciated. I have never had service like this from any other vet. After our cat had passed away, Animal Hospitable gave a nice memorial paw print and lock of hair. A few days later we received a hand written note from the doctor that contained wildflower seeds to plant in memory. Even after that, I receive a letter that a donation to a charity has been made on behalf of my pet from Animal Hospitable. Sincerley, thank you for all you have done Animal Hospitable.

I have been a client of the Animal Hospitable for about 17 years. I trust the Staff and especially the Vets with my wonderful Rotti Dakota. I previously use to take my other Rotti to them and the care I received was above and beyond what I could ask for. My latest Rotti is 7 years old and I have been taking her to the Animal Hospitable since day one. My dog loves the staff and gets the best care. I was recently referred to the OP vet clinic for a echo cardiogram for my dogs heart murmur. I was very nervous about going and Dr. Teresa called me before she went out of town on a business trip to help ease my nerves and advise that I would like the doctor doing the echo cardiogram. She is a great Vet and cares about the animals she treats. I would not go to any other vet in the area.

Over a year later, after moving to Charlotte, NC, I still think Dr. Theresa is the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I owned a pet related business so I have been to many vets in the Buffalo area, and the care my dog received from Dr. Theresa and the staff while fighting Cushings disease was incredible. She helped diagnose him correctly and manage the disease, ultimately giving me one more year with my best friend. I look back one of the hardest times of my life (watching my boy fight for his life) and I felt confident that he was receiving the best care at Animal Hospitable. I highly recommend Dr. Theresa!

My family has been taking their pets to the Animal Hospitable since I was in the second grade. Ill be 30 in a few months. (I think that sends a message right there.) Over that time we have had excellent routine care, surgeries and advice but also have come in with complicated issues including hip dysplasia, eye trauma, cancer and neurological issues, always getting world class care. When I bring my dogs in for an appointment or drop them off for surgery, I know that they are in compassionate, clinically competent hands. I will never take my animals anywhere else! Thank for you for being a hospital I can trust.

We have been with Animal Hospitable for over 10 years! They have healed our sick pets and added precious time to their lives! The team feels like family to us! We never feel rushed and we always feel valued. They take the time to explain everything. Lab work is turned around very quickly. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. Our pets are handled in a kind and gentle manner. Animal Hospitable is an outstanding example of EXCELLENT client service!!!! We have been through thick and thin together and I am forever grateful for all they do for our family!

We were very impressed with the service that Dr. Teresa gave to us. Our elderly cat Eli was not feeling to well when we arrived. She took the time to examine him and came up with a plan to help Eli. She increased his meds for his over active thyroid. She also gave us detailed instructions in writing so that they were easy to remember. Eli seems to be gaining weight and he is now grooming himself almost like normal again. We were very satisfied with the service, and the prices. Thank you Dr. Teresa

As many vet clinics are being purchased by corporations which employ a revolving door of young vets, Dr. Theresa at Animal Hospitable gives you the personal, long-standing relationship that instills trust. I think her pricing is fair and her approach is cautious. She may not have all of the answers and freely admits that, but what she does have is honesty, integrity, experience, and love for the animals she cares for. Every time I am there, she says or does something that reinforces these values.

Scoobert Ford my gentile GIANT is so afraid of his own shadow at times. Everyone at ANIMAL HOSPITABLE caters to Scoobs SPECIAL NEEDS. I take him there every month to get his nails trimmed and he is afraid to go on the scale unless they pull it out away from the wall and cover it with a blanket.....that right there SAYS IT ALL....love this place.

Dr. Theresa is wonderful and always tells it like it is. She is extremely knowledgeable and is wonderful with my cats. Her tech staff is amazing and so good and loving with the animals. We have been going there for about 20 years. I have nothing but praise for this clinic and would recommend anyone with kitties to take them there.

The very BEST!! I have had cats for the past 39 years. 20 years ago, I began visiting the vets at the Animal Hospital and found the service and care far superior to previous organizations. I now have 5 wonderful cats, all taken care of with the love and experience of my vets. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

I have been bringing my cats to this clinic over 4-5 years. The staff is very friendly and the vets are knowledgable and professional. The rooms for the cats are set up with little blankets so my cats do not have to lay on the metal table. Pricing is reasonable. I would recommend this vet office to any cat lovers.

We have been using Animal Hospitable for our dog who is now 15 months old. Everyone at this clinic is very helpful and knowledgeable. But I am particularly impressed with Dr. Theresa (the owner). She is a wonderful vet. Our dog had some serious problems and with Dr. Theresa help all turned out very well.
