The most ghetto horrible unprofessional doctor office in Buffalo! You wait hours to be seen after they are the ones who schedules your appointments. You never see the doctor just nurses. I took my kids out a year ago after they had another childs medical records mixed in with my daughters and actually sent over a prescription to get for my daughter but it was actually something that was prescribed for the other child. Just completely unprofessional. They also tried to give my 5 year old a flu booster when he was already sick as a dog! What doctor does that smh.... Just a bad office period

If I could give a negative star I would. This is by far one of the worst doctor offices in buffalo. From the staff to the cleanliness, the Drs are rude, they schedule 7 people at the same time. This is awful. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

My appt was at 1015am and I didnt get called back till 12 and Ive been here for three hours so far and my son still has not gotten his shots this place is horrible

Long wait for appointments. Staff is rude. Waiting room has nothing geared toward kids. Doctors are hurried. Horrible place
