The front staff is the worst and the most unkind person I have ever met. Dr. O, is very resistant to thinking outside the medical model, that he can not understand basic principle of nutrition and preventative health care. I find him to be distracted and unable to understand anything that was not taught in medical school which makes, in my opinion, a bit dangerous. Not everything can be cured by medicine but having a balanced approach to health and actually listening to your patients makes a huge difference. He does not have the patience to listen to complicated cases and if you have a chronic health issue I recommend staying clear of this office. This is my personal and professional opinion. When I recently asked for them to fill a prescription for my wife, and the script did not arrive, I asked the doctor to call in a one day dose, so she had a dose for the evening. Instead of paging the doctor, the staff member, Betsy, told me the doctor could not be reached tonight and its only 4:30 in the afternoon. She said if that does is an emergency, I should bring my wife to the ER. Instead of calling in a one dose script, to get a chronically ill person through a night of suffering, this staff member Betsy offered to send us to an ER. No one who is kind or decent would hire a unprofessional person like this which is a true reflection of this doctors bedside manner. Do not use this doctor, especially if your life depends on it!

Dr. Ostreicher is an excellent physician. He showed thorough knowledge of the issues (both chronic and acute) that were ailing me, and he didnt jump to conclusions without hearing all of the information from me first. He made sure to ask pertinent question before prescribing medication, and in my many experiences over the past few years that I have been seeing him, he isnt a doctor who looks to prescribe for quick fix, but rather takes the time to think about the best way to treat his patients. He doesnt run needless tests, and together with his skilled office staff, make a great team. Aside from his skills as a clinician, I am seriously impressed with his bedside manner. He is kind, witty, and always has a nice thing to say. His front-office staff are always kind and the wait time in his office is kept to minimum. I recommend Dr "O" to anyone who is looking for a great doctor.

This was the best experience Ive had with a medical provider in years!!!! Not only was everyone in the office a professional; they treated you as if you were their only patient! Dr. Ostreicher was amazing. I like that he did not just hop in, he did his own physical exam and took my blood-pressure. He took his time and answered all my questions. The staff was courteous and helpful with referrals. I would highly recommend this office.
