This place is every bit as nice as they advertise. From their beautiful facility to their friendly/professional receptionists/office personal and kind /caring medical team.... up to their professional/knowledgble doctors. They are all wonderful!! Drs. Shallot and Lerman are my favorites! In fact, cant remember their names....but absolutely love a few of their medical assistants too. Always make me feel relaxed. They are experts in emergency medicine and its what they do so I guess there are rules about what conditions they can treat and how they can bill? Otherwise, would love to go here for regular care. Of course its always a weekend or after regular office hours when an emergency happens. As far as wait times, I rarily wait longer than 15 or 20 minutes. Course theres exceptions. Which is why I try to remember that there could be someone with a much more serious emergency taking up the doctors time? Because if you think these doctors are carelessly running in and out of patients rooms within a few min.....you are wrong. These doctors are very thorough and will remain with a patient until they have diagnosed and treated each one. They take their time explaining everything too and make sure the treatment plan is understood...as well as any follow-up care. Such a relief to have top-notch care available after hours and without the long lines, ugly waitrooms and humongous bills from those horrible emergency room visits.

Came in grievously injured. They dont participate in workmans comp, unless theres a contract with the business. That would be fine, except for the attitude of the staff, the "well I dont care, youll have to go elsewhere or pay out of pocket" despite all of the paperwork I had. I had tears streaming down my face because a hydraulic table crushed my foot. I work in a veterinary hospital as a nurse supervisor-- if I had these women treat any of my clients pets with their cold disregard, theyd be let go right away. The icing on the cake? "We wouldnt want to steer you wrong and charge you because youll never see that money again"... If you brought your pet to me in pain, id do my best to alleviate said pain while I helped you find an option to help you. Here, I was forced to stand and wait on my broken foot while they tried to figure out if they would help me. Id rather have just been sent away.

The facility is clean and up to date. Front staff is very nice and efficient. The nurse or assistant or whatever she was (no name tag, no introduction), was not nice or mean, just very blah. I came in for an eye problem. The doctors exam consisted of running her finger over my eyelid and prescribing me antibiotics. Definitely the least thorough eye exam Ive ever had. The nurse handed me discharge papers, and said she would "walk me up." By the time I had picked up my jacket and bag, she had already walked to the front without me. I had to sign that they went over my discharge. Then I look at my discharge and realize, she didnt actually go over the details of my discharge. I am well educated and can read just fine, however there were some areas that were unclear. This place wasnt even busy, so its not like there was any reason to rush. I will not be returning.

This was a great experience for us. The waiting room, and entire office is beautifully decorated in a beachy motif. The staff is friendly and efficient. The physician was kind, and knowledgeable. The day I went (on a Saturday) I got there right when it opened, so there werent a lot of patients, but by the time I exited, there were many patients waiting. So, I would say, get there early if you know you need treatment from the day before. I do wish they would stay open later, because the worst always occurs late at night, and 8pm closing just isnt cutting it. But, all, in all, I would recommend this location for anyone who needs a doc right away.

Ive used this place a few times. Its good in a pinch for its hours, but I wouldnt leave my established primary for them. Its modern, clean, and the TVs in the rooms are a nice touch to pass the time. The clinical staff does well in the back. Kind and empathetic. However, I have yet to have a friendly front desk experience. Coming from someone in the medical field, there needs to be better training on politeness and less rudeness. Shannon in particular is the first person I would start with.

Very impressed with the Stat Clinic in Deer Park. They were clean, friendly and efficient. They got back to me the very next morning with my results and recommended I go to the ER. Good thing I did because I was in a state of severe anemia. What impressed me the most was that they called me while I was in the hospital to follow up and see if I was ok. Nowadays that extra personal touch goes a long way! Dr. Leila Schneitzer was especially sweet. Kudos to all the staff :) -B. Nair ( Dix Hills, NY)

The PA who tended to my illness was an excellent listener, very informative and gave me a sense of well-being even before I left the facility. The rest of the staff was very professional and caring as well. I will recommend their services to everyone I know..!

Anytime anyone in family is in need of emergency care, we always go to this facility. There is never a wait and the staff is very friendly and highly experienced. Definitely beats going to a hospital where you will be stuck there the entire day. I am always in and out of the facility within an hour.

Ive come on here a couple of times and I have to say it such a breath of fresh air. This location is very clean, the staff is very polite and the Dr is very knowledgeable and will research if he doesnt have the answer. I would definitely recommend and have.

Office staff is courteous and friendly, fast patient intake, they phoned in my prescriptions to my pharmacy, and even booked a same-day appointment for me with a G.I. specialst. The Medical staff is compassionate, and I feel I am on the road to recovery.

Not one person in front of time they take it insane. I asked before I checked in if its going to be a long time. I was told no one is in front of you. They took me in the back and I sat in the room for 45 min before the doctor came in.
